500 mg/ml test e PIP

Hey guys I made the mistake of buying high concentrate test e. 500mg/ml to be exact. Can someone tell me exactly what I could do to help PIP? I was reading about grape seed oil. Would this work and if so where can I get it? Has anyo e had this prob and been ably to at least reduce pain?
Just FYI im just cruising right now at 250 per week. Im coming off a cycle of 500 per week. During cycle I was using 250 mgperml and no PIP at all but since 500 its kicking my ass???

Makes no sense to use high mg oils, especially test, unless you are trying to fit as many mg as possible into a syringe. Otherwise, just go with the standard oils. If you pin it with non pippy oils such as Deca, EQ, NPP you should be fine. Otherwise, cuting it with GSO is your best bet.

Its possible the higher concentration is more painful. It tends to work out like that. To answer your question, yes, you can buy STERILE grape seed oil to cut the gear with. Draw 1/2cc of test and 1/2cc of GSO. Also, read this sticky for help reducing pip
