Rotate Injections?

Hey guys have a question, what would be best for someone looking to inject for there first cycle? just rotate between right and left glute? or include quads too? maybe delts?

if you haven't went out to get the tools to test your bodyfat % ..you can easily go to most weightloss clinics or gyms and request or talk your way into getting one done. Quads are large muscles, have a larger injection area to hit, and are probably the easiest to reach area. as it's already been stated, you should try all areas (including delts and glutes) to experience how it feels.

If I could go back to make things easier on myself.. I would have been trying out all of the main inj spots on my first cycle. Delts, quads, glutes.. to get them at the very least broken in and used to holding oil.. After a few cycles theres border line no pip unless your just pinning a lot of gear, it's cold, or you jerked the needle around to much. When those 3 are broken in it makes a prop kicker and taper for your 2nd cycle much less of a pain.. Def wanna look into a prop taper for your next cycle because it really makes pct easier with less crash

I would say delts or quads for a couple of reasons. First, your not pinning a lot of fluid per pin. So it doesn't require a large muscle. Second, you most likely don't have any experience with intra muscular injections. Delts and quads are fairly easy to reach so you be able to focus on what your doing. PIP is something that everyone needs to understand and experience early, just get it over with so you understand what it is. I did left and right delts for my first cycle. No regrets.

What is your bodyfat at by the way? It is best to have under 20% before starting a cycle preferably 15%, to prevent complications. Such as high blood pressure, estrogen issues, gyno, dangerous cholesterol levels as well as high rbc's etc.

If you do run a cycle at 20% or above, do not use any orals and use low dose test such as 350 or 400mg. WOuld be best if you just focus more on cardio and diet until you get to 15ish % bf then start cycle after

No offense bro but by judging your pics id say closer to 25-30%.

Please don't get offended I'm just saying what I think. Just want to make sure you are gonna run a safe cycle which means getting BF lower.

I am in my first cycle now and have decided to just pin glutes. I tried delts and quads but the pip was pretty bad. I don't feel a thing when I pin glutes.

Yep, works great for me. But I would give delts and quads a shot too just to see what works best for you.

Delts and glutes are best. Delts are easy to reach. Glutes are good because the lack of veins and nerves in the area (watch out for sciatic).

After you perfect those 4 spots, start trying out quads. Maybe use delts and glutes for first cycle, then next cycle work on adding quads in, as well as ventroglute. That would give you a total of 8 injection locations. Later cycles as you go on you can start adding in pecs. though between delts glutes and quads & ventroglutes that should be enough for an average cycle
