Yo guys what protein supplements to you guys recommend been using muscle milk
I've been using isopure natural, no fillers, no sugar, no artificial sweeteners. I blend it with a banana, 10oz of almond milk and a tablespoon of peanut butter.
Whey protein shakes baby. I drink em like there's no tomorrow. I like to mix in the shaker bottle 2 big scoops with half fat free milk and half water. Wal-mart. I get 2 lb jar for like 15bucks

Costco sells a 8 or 9 pound bag for 55ish Bucks of ON whey protein
Sam's club..10lb bag of muscle tech whey for $35...can't beat the price, and doesn't have a shit load of fillers in it either.
Now that's a hell of good deal!!!! You MUST be out in the sticks .. Lol j/k .... I'm east coast, tri-state area. Where you live that you can get it so cheap? I want in on that.

i like trueprotein.. no fillers, very few ingredients, quality product, can go all natural.. been using them for like 2 years

On brand whey isolate does me good. No bloat, high quality. Casein before bedtime as/if needed.
I like optimum 100% gold standard whey.
that's my staple little pricey but you get what u pay for..
Ya it is, a lot of times I end up buying dymatize elite for 35 instead of the ON for 55 so its saves me 20 bucks but If I had more money I would always buy the optimum.
How's the taste difference
MultipurposeI thought dymatize elite chocolate taste like garbage. I go with ON performance whey, cheaper and tastes great.
