X2 buddy, throw that pipe. Think about it, would you inject 4 day old blood. Its ok moving spot and pinning at the time, but not 4 days later.
Get rid of it bro. Not worth you're health. An infection will set you back far worse than $$$ lost in gear. Easy decision IMO. All the best.
The blood is alive when you withdrew it. It died and turned rancid by now. Plus any microbes from a normal jab have grown. Toss it bro. Next time, just take time to re pin.
It's safer to discard the old equiptment and use a new sterilised pin and syringe
