aspirating problems while pinning delts

I'm on my first cycle of TE500 and find it rather hard to aspirate in my Delts. Its causing me to move to needle a lot and in time pip starts to kick it hard lol... I suck up the soreness tho just wondering how you guys do it... maybe its the plunger on the type of syringe I'm using?

Not sure which type you are using but try using the BD pins. I've had plenty of shots done by nurses and not one aspirated. Not saying to not take the 1 second to aspirate but I just never seen any medical professional do this personally. Give the quads a try, I like them best because you can see what you are doing easier.
I don't aspirate In delta, not much u can fuck up.
Yeah on my left delt I got frustrated cuz the plunger wouldn't pull back so I just injected and I had minimal pip. My right delt I tried it and I got the aspirate done but with all the moving of the syringe, it left me swollen.. lol we see what works... next week is my quads anyways
Ya man I don't aspirate delts, none of crew does either. Quads always do though, they are easy. U get to use both hands.

i sit on ground and have my arm up on bathroom counter at 45 degree angle and let arm relaxed while pinning delts.

Grab an orange or an apple and practice manipulating your fingers. Basically you will use 2 fingers on the plunger.
