+ 1 need help with a lean bulk diet plan !!!!#

ad

I'm looking for some guidance for a lean bulk meal plan, I basically want to make this my everyday meal plan or a maintenance diet. A Lil history about myself:
MY stats:
age:25
Height:6'4"
Weight:230
BF% 13-14%

Cycle history during 2013.
1st:
Week 1-12 -Test E cycle 500mg split M/T
Week 1-4 Dbol at 50mg ed
started adex 1st week .25mg
2nd:
Week 1-20 Test E 500mg split M/T
Week 1-4 Test Prop 100 EoD
Week 1-20 EQ 800mg split M/T
Week 1-2 EQ 1200mg split M/T
Week 20-26 Test Prop 100mg EOD
Week 20-26 anavar 70mg ED
I started HCG at week 10
Ai started first week . Dosed at 12.5mg E3D

Both cycles I ran proper PCT
Clomid 100/100/50/50
Nolva 20/20/10/10
Aromasin 12.5/12.5/6.25/6.25

I know my gear is top notch and I have no doubts in the gear I've been using (muta's&banner) I had great gains and strength gains threw the roof, but I think I fail on my part of the game and that's dieting I started my first cycle at 187 pounds, so I've put in the work in the gym and in the kitchen I just pretty much ate anything because I went off the concept "eat to grow" but thru my trials I noticed when I gain alot of weight it all goes to my mid section and my pecs, it never spreads to my legs or arms so that's where my genetics suck.

I have no problem eating, but I want to start eating on a set meal plan and tweak it up as I get tired of the foods.

So I decided to take a year off from cycling to give my body a break and to get the kitchen game down to a science.
I really wanna see what I can do and the progress I can make with a set eating schedule and the right macros, like I said I have no problems eating , but what I choose to eat is mostly to high in carbs or to much fat and everyone says diet is key to growing.

I wanna keep adding weight and muscle mass but minus the fat that comes with it. So I basically want to run a lean bulk from here on out , I've been searching Google for meal plans and I found this one
Of course the times will change cuz my first meal will be at 5am and the next at 9,12,3, and I usually hit the gym at 5pm due to my work schedule, then I would eat the remaining meals after the gym ...

would a meal plan like this work with what I'm looking for ? I'm not very smart when it comes to keeping track of calories, protien, fat but I want to make a change for my self and asking for guidance , would a meal plan like this be compatible with my stats to keep growing lean!???

Thanks to the ones that can help me out, I've been on eroids for a year and I've learned so much about cycles and workout routines. I'm usually in the shadows but some of you may know me

Your diet look pretty good

Was going to say start with myfitnesspal but somebody beat me to it! Anyways I'll tell you what I tell a lot of people that come to me. I always get this question where someone will ask for my help, I'll ask their goal, and so many times the dude says, "I just want to add some muscle while burning off some fat" ya no kidding don't we all. I'm glad to see you want to learn more about proper diet but even with gear I never recommend this lean bulk idea. What happens is people bump up their macros so slightly bc they are scared to put on fat. In return they grow so slow they look the same for years. You will be happier will a solid bulk, put on a little fat and build some quality muscle then worry about cutting that fat later. That being said your plan doesn't look too bad, it's a start. But keep reading and learning. I've known a ton about training for years but only now spent the last two years learning about proper diet and it blew me up. Just a rough idea for you I run a 50carb/35pro/15fat ratio while I bulk, find what works for you bud. Goodluck!

The easiest way to go about it is to plan your protein sources first so let's say 240grams protein for the day split into 8 meals...
That's 30g per meal.
So plan 8 meals with 30 g of protein source...
Then add a carb source to whichever meal/meals you need to. You may wanna read up on carb spiking/cycling... Eat every 2hours or so and play around with it ... Low carb days... Low/high salt days and get a feel for how your body responds... You'll soon work out what works for you... Hope that helps in some way.

One thing you can do to keep better track of your macros is to use the website http://www.myfitnesspal.com/
They also have an app which makes it very easy to update you food log throughout the day. It's free and very easy to use. It's per-programmed with thousands of foods so you enter in what you're eating and it will track your macros. It definitely helps me keep my diet on point.

I just started my account and added how much I wanted to gain, I put 30 pounds and it gave me a set calorie intake of 3900. This is exactly what I needed. And they have all the brands of food I consume. This is legit lol it said I should gain 5 pounds by mid February. . Thanks a bunch. Never seen this dam app. I've seen others but they sucked horribly

I usually start the day with a homemade weight gainer shake consist of 1c of oatmeal 1cup greek plain yogurt 1 banana 2 scoops of protein vanilla, honey to taste 1.5 cups of milk 3 tbl spoons of flax seed milled 3tbl spoons of natural peanut butter. Then 2nd meal 1 whole egg 4 egg whites 1 cup oatmeal with walnuts. 3rd tuna and spinach salad. 4th cup of low fat cottage cheese. 5th protein shake 6th a meal of choice chicken breast n cup of broccoli steak n broccoli salmon n rice with veggie.
Unfortunately I don't count calories or weigh my food out. Plus I have been gaining weight with this not much fat mostly muscle. Maybe help you out with different food ideas because I have a hard time sticking with the same food day in day out. I say though the plan you have is nice I have a hard time eating like that 10 eggs is a lot! We are almost the same height I weigh 242 right now.

Right now my meals consist of

Before work 1st meal: 2 or 3 cups of oatmeal with a bowl of cereal and a banana

9am break 2nd meal: 8 - 10 oz chicken breast with one cup of brown or jasmine rice

12pm lunch break. 3rd meal 8 - 10 oz chicken breast or some kinda meat I have in the fridge . With a can of veggies either corn, sweet potatos, or beans

4pm when I get home from work 4th meal
8 - 10 oz chicken breast or some red meat with a cup of brown rice

5pm I hit the gym . I take my preworkout and my post workout shake is 2 scoops of Whey protien, 1 whole egg
Usually out of the gym at 6:30

7pm I eat whatever the wife makes and I eat a lot of it cuz the shit is good lol.

and around 9pm I eat all the left overs cuz I'm hungry again lol

I like a hard hit of protein right off the bat in the mornings. My wife cooks and she's good but I usually do 98% of the cooking I fix a lot of food on weekends n we eat on that all week for supper. You have a good plan and seems like a healthy apatite you keep that up and you should get where you want how you want it!

JRTX956's picture

Like right now I just ate a dozen tamales that where left over from christmas. And 2-3hours ago I ate a huge bowl of spaghetti that was left overs from yesterday . And I still got some for tomorrow

JRTX956's picture

The meal plan I have I think it's good but then I think it's not lol that's why I wanted someone to chime in and go into details with calories, fats, proteins....
Maybe I have to many cheat meals as well lol that's not my set eating for everyday eating. Sometimes I go out to eat during lunch break or I buy something from the roach coach . Or my old lady doesn't want to cook and she brings pizza hut or we hit up whataburger lol... maybe I just need to stop with all the non planned food and stick to my meal plan for 3 months straight... but I'm like you and I get tired of eating the same shit

I love pasta and a thing that helps is switching to whole wheat pasta. It tastes a little different but it helps with stomach bloat n stomach fat. I love pizza to so cheating I am with you! The pros Pmob viking and the others I take my hat off to them!
