ADHD/ADD meds are amphetamines and are easily abused. Not something that should be touted or recommended. They prescribed them in the 60's-70's for weight loss, until everyone become addicted and had major problems. If you have real ADHD/ADD, they don't have the same euphoric effect that they have on someone who doesn't. I hope everyone realizes this and stays away from this. No one needs to be a junkie because they wanted to take a short cut to loosing weight.

I use adderall XR's for my adult ADD and to help me through school/work.. It helps keep fat at bay and my cravings for crap food at bay as well. Also it is really helping me through my PCT, not seeming to have any trouble at all.

A lot of adhd medications are amphetamines, they just work different on people with adhd. Also you can flunk a piss test if your tested.
