Looking to transform my life

ad

Ok so here goes nothing. My name is NOT IMPORTANT I’m 32, I haven’t really been going to the gym like I should.. I got married, had KIDS and I become a workaholic. I weight 240 I’m 5’6 I’m strong but out of shape. I got in 3 VEHICLE accidents only thing I have is a slight tear in my rotator cuff. I went to physical therapy for eight months in and my recovery was a success. A while back I lost my best friend and they put me into a deep state of depression. So I gained all of this weight. Now I started to work less and I have been more active in becoming a better father and husband. Spending more time with my wife and kids. I just don’t know where to start. So starting with my diet is my first goal. I’m looking for helpful ideas on what to eat to drop some pounds. I’m also looking to help get a workout regimen set up. I’m tired of looking like a fucking slob. I know that it is going to take a lot of hard work and dedication and I’m ready to put the time and effort in. I talked to a few guys and one of them talked me into getting A bottle of Anavar and a Some test cypionate 250 Mg/ml.
I’m not really sure if it is worth starting a cycle combining them two at my current state to start a cutting cycle or if I should wait. If so what kind of cycle do I take how much of each? I’m new to all of this but I know one thing is for sure that I want to get my life and my health back in order. I want to feel comfortable in my own skin. And I want to stay motivated so I can keep up this lifestyle. If anyone out there can help me I would be forever in your debt in and I would appreciate it greatly. I look forward to any and all help I can get to start transforming my life.

Yeah my kids are still a little too young for that but it is a good idea to keep in mind. We have been going for walks around the block every night after dinner. Keep them active and keep me moving as well lol. Yeah when I have some time I’ve been looking at some of the forms on Makaws page periodically throughout my day I have been finding a lot of useful and helpful information in them.

One of the hardest thing for me is getting into a routine and sticking to it. But With the information I received from all you guys so far I’m definitely going to leave the gear alone Until I can stick to a strict diet and a solid routine for a few months. That’s the last thing I want is to leave the ones I care about for being clueless to what I’m doing. I really do appreciate all the help and Direction everybody has given me so far.

Yeah I honestly don’t know much about dieting or even where to start when I go to the gym. What workouts to do and all that. But once I really get involved in working out and learning proper form and what exercises I need to do to work different muscles, once I get it down and I feel comfortable in a gym setting I know I’m gonna be hooked. It’s a whole lifestyle change for me. Right now is the awkward stage being the out of shape guy going into a gym not really knowing what to do or knowing anybody in there I’m not gonna lie it’s intimidating.

I lost 130lbs of fat over two years. I get it. Start with something you can win at. If you restrict yourself too much too fast, you'll feel like a failure. Focus on progress. I'd recommend 10 calories per pound of body weight, a gallon of water a day and out of those calories, 1 gram of protien per pound of lean mass. You'll probably have to guess your lean mass but 200 grams of protien a day would be a good start. Just walk 30 minutes a day for 90 days and stick to that diet and you will shred weight. After that, add in 3 days of resistance training on top of the cardio. You want to add in phases because your body will adjust to whatever you are doing. Don't starve yourself. It seems like it will make it go slower but it will actually make ot go slower. Trust me, i did it. I'd be happy to help if I can. I'd leave the gear alone for now. You will regret it if you don't.

130 pounds of fat over two years is a huge accomplishment. I honestly appreciate the information. I will definitely start incorporating that into my daily routine. I’m definitely gonna leave the gear alone for now And work mainly on dropping some pounds before anything.

Start your morning with cardio it’ll help you lose weight and get you in a good mental state for the day in general plus you’ll have diet and exercise in the back of your mind for rest of day

Usually I try and end my workout with cardio a half hour on the elliptical than a half hour on the treadmill. I do like the idea of doing it first thing in the morning because you are right it would be in the back of my mind for the rest of the day. Thanks for the info I definitely appreciate it

I see where you’re coming from And see your point. This was my first post ever on a site like this. I was just looking for some direction and advice figured I would give a little background about myself not too much information kind of like a introduction in a way. But I see your point!!

First off, steroids are not used to get into shape. That is what diet and working out are for. All risk and no reward if you are out of shape and start taking steroids.
Right now is all about diet and working out. Here is something to get you started.

Hey brother, welcome. I am happy you want to change your life, good on you for making a first step. Anabolic steroids were developed for muscle wasting diseases and anemia (low red blood cell count) mostly. That is because anabolic steroids build muscle, they are poor agents at burning fat. Higher levels of bodyfat increase expression of the aromatase enzyme, this enzyme is responsible for creating estrogens in our body from testosterone. So having higher levels of bodyfat while on testosterone can lead to more complications I am sure you are aware of like gynecomastia, acne or high blood pressure.

My advice would be to get back into the gym, get on some sort of a diet and go to a Testosterone Replacement Therapy clinic and have a doctor oversee your therapy. Getting leaner before you start testosterone would be a must. The knowledge and money required to self administer testosterone and then come off of it and keep the muscle is usually more than casual guys are willing to invest. Your other option is a long road of knowledge accrual to run cycles and keep the muscle. I am giving it to your straight here brother, no filter. I really do wish you well in your journey.

Thanks Brother I definitely appreciate the feedback. I thought the same thing. Get to the gym and get some of this weight off and get on a good diet is my main concern. Believe me I’m not afraid of hardwork. Yes seeing results faster would make me more motivated to keep going. I guess that’s why the guy I was talking to recommended the test and the Anavar. I asked if he knew of something that could give me a kick in the ass to help me get motivated and stay motivated that’s what he gave me.
