Keeping your abs and core in check

I've put on some serious size lately and FAST! Just curious. What do you guys and gals do to keep your abs and core in check? Drop the secrets lol Smile

Pretty much only exercise I use is the hanging knee raises. I also try to contract my abs with every set I do during all other work outs.

I would work them in before training, 3 days a week. They’re exhausting lol. Start just leaning over on something so your hip flexion is a little greater than 110deg. Shoot for say 10 second holds if you’ve never done them before. Followed by 20 seconds rest. 5 mins. Then planks. Solid core workout there imo.
