Fallen arches, orthotics for lifting

ad

I've always know I had flat feet but it never bothered me until the past few weeks I started getting slight ankle pain when squatting heavy weight. I did some research and it seems like over pronation of the ankle (from flat foot) can cause this. I'm trying to find a suitable pair of arch supports but everything is geared to squishy gel stuff for walking/running. Does anyone have experience with orthotics specifically meant for lifting?

Go to anyplace with the Dr. Scholls arch support machine and it will give you what specific ones you need for 49.99. Walmart has them and other stores.
