Fallen arches, orthotics for lifting
I've always know I had flat feet but it never bothered me until the past few weeks I started getting slight ankle pain when squatting heavy weight. I did some research and it seems like over pronation of the ankle (from flat foot) can cause this. I'm trying to find a suitable pair of arch supports but everything is geared to squishy gel stuff for walking/running. Does anyone have experience with orthotics specifically meant for lifting?
