ad
Afternoon all
I really need help on everything, I had surgery on my Patella tendon then replace two disc in my neck, so I was laid up all together for 1yr. Bedridden for 8 months muscle atrophy in my left leg. Been working on this for a year with little results. So I’m asking could anyone recommend something to help gain my muscle back in my legs. Any advice I’ll take. Thanks

I have had multiple surgeries on my right knee, and delt with muscle atrophy. While working out legs I finally noticed that I would over compensate using my stronger leg during exercises without even realizing it. Probalaly taking 60%-70% of the work load. What worked for me is I would work each leg separately starting with my right leg and then do the same weight and reps with the other. Even did single leg body squats. I did them over a bench until I was able to perform them without assistance. Took some time but eventually muscle size and strength caught up with the other.

Have no clue about your training routine or diet. Those two are 99% of reason why people make no progress.
I just updated my profile pic that’s my size 175ish, just the leg is frustrating
I do 4 days on 1 day off
Day1 bi/tris
Day2 back/shoulders
Day3 chest/calves
Day4 legs hams/quads
