Puffy nipples OR?

So as far as puffy nipples, is it referring to just the nipples themselves? I get a puffiness in the tissue around and underneath the nipple area. Is this just water retention? It will pull back if I up the AI. I do have some minor gyno and this type of puffiness makes it appear worse. When I see it I always get really concerned that my gyno will grow more. Afraid I might be overdoing the aromasin. I ordered an estradiol test so I'll post a follow-up.

I purchased an estradiol test from Ulta. Next time I get this puffiness under my nipple/breast area I'll hit the lab and post it.
Under $100 will give you a full scan. Just so youre not shorting your full potential.
aggravating your existing gymo. Need to get estro under control. How much test are you running, ai dosing protocol, time on cycle so far? Need to give us some details so we have some context here.
I was running a gram of test only on my recent cycle. About 6mg exemestane/day. Didn't get bloods though. But my skin was a bit on the dry side and almost no bloating. I'd basically determine my dose of AI by that puffiness around/under nipple. Stupid.
that is not alot of asin for a gram/wk of test. I would rethink cycle design if existing gyno is present and focus the bulk of the anabolics on non-aromatizing compounds.
Worst case... crush that estro with letro
no really letro is great though.
I'll take a 2.5 mg break it in half and take it it either once a day or every other until symptoms are gone.
Oh I've had experience with letro years ago. Super strong stuff. Even trying to use tiny amounts as an AI. Now all I use is Aromasin and it's very easy to dose right. Half life is so short I can actually dose in the morning and notice water coming back be evening.
Yeah letro isn't anything to take lightly. I like it the best personally, But I don't usually need an a.i
I usually run mast as a a.i support
Just test trt amount can do that.
My friend had his glands removed, but it still puffs up. I'm talking about the skin around the nipple.
Water retention or high estrogen. Or just a slight reaction from test.

It never seemed to work for me. IDK
