PCT AFTER 12WEEK TEST And, advice please. Need Help

As you can read from my previous discussions I have finished my first 12 week cycle of Enantato testing. It was satisfying and I learned a lot of experience thanks also to your advice and suggestions (Makwa first and foremost, thanks again)
After 2 weeks spent doing nothing taking 0.25mg of Adex on Monday/Wednesday/Friday I started my PCT (after also having done blood tests to see the values of e2, SHGB, total text, lh fh) and I was really well ! Now I started the PCT like this.
WEEK 1
Enclomiphene 12.5mg / day
Tamoxifen 30mg / day
Arimidex 0.25mg Monday Wednesday Friday
I'M CURRENTLY AT 1 WEEK (TODAY IS FRIDAY), and I've started having bad symptoms such as:
- Nausea
- Mind clouded by depressive thoughts
- Diarrhoea
- Heachache
- Low libido
I believe that all these symptoms are due to the large quantity of Tamoxifen that I am taking in conjunction with Enclomifene citrate, so today I am not taking anything to feel a little better, tomorrow I had thought of ONLY taking Enclomifene 6mg EOD.
What do you think? Do you think all these symptoms are from Tamox as I think, or from both at too high a dose? Do I just keep Enclo and take off Nolva/Tamox?
Do I reduce?
The thing that shocked me a lot were the depressive thoughts, which I had never had in my life.

Another question: The libido this morning was practically very low, the situation has already improved today, is this the symptom that my e2 crashed so much that it is now returning slightly and slowly to its pre-crash level?
I took Enclom 6mg today. It's a low dose, I know. I did this to see how I reacted since I never want to have that damned feeling of death and depression I had again.
Tomorrow I will resume at 12mg or 25mg of enclo ED and then I will do as Makwa said
For now, the slight discomfort in my testicle that I had when I started enclo and tamox has returned, a sign in my opinion that it is starting to 'start again' as before

Probably should have not taken any adex after your last pin. No more exogenous test means no more AI. Curious to see what that may have done to your estro. Crashed estro and low test are a pretty good recipe for depression and many suffer that after cycle ends.
I surely wouldn't blame it on the enclom. That is actually a feel good drug, unlike its cousin clomid which can make some people crazy. Rarely nolvadex causes any issues like that. So I would tend to think it is the severe drop in test levels.
Need a good boost in test to get out of the funk, assuming your estro is Ok (maybe crashed from that adex). I think your PCt dosages are to low. Enclo at 50mg/d Nolva 40mg/d for two weeks and then drop those doages in half and run another 2 wks.

My estrus when I took the pre PCT exams went from 85 pcg/ml (mid cycle) to 17 pcg/ml. So with continuous adex and without exogenous text my e2 levels literally dropped
Up the enclo to 25mg
Tamoxifen to 40mg
You're likely badly crashing your E2 on that much arimidex mate
Tamoxifen I won't touch it again. It was certainly that quantity that helped a lot, together with the small dose of adex, to cause my e2 to crash
