+ 1 How to run a Test E & Anavar Cycle

Hey all,
I am ready to get back on cycle after finishing up Test E & EQ 14 Weeks ago with some good gains. I wanted to know if anyone had any insight into the best dosage and timeline for running a Test E & Anavar cycle using either Clomid, or Nolva for a PCT, I have both handy. Also, if anyone has any experience running an Anavar only cycle for women as my lady is ready to enter the game. Thanks!

Hey thanks a lot everyone for your input. I have been pretty steady in the gym since I was 22, I am now 36. I had a 4 year hiatus when I was building my business. When the lockdowns happened I took it as an opportunity to get back in shape. I am 6'2' 225lbs 11% body fat. I never ran any cycles before my last one, but have lots of friends who have over the years, friends who have competed, buddy owns a supp store, etc.. I stayed natural through my young adult life, but now I am older, need the help, and honestly I want to be jacked. I appreciate all the insight.
Assuming your blood work comes back good (orals can tax the liver and hurt Hdl/ldl values) then I would recommend the same test you used last time, 500mg/week?
And start the anavar 4 weeks from the end of your cycle.
50mg is a decent dose but assuming you’re buying real Var I’d say try lower even, at 50mg (25am/25pm) I get amazing pumps and vascularity, if I go over it’s head aches and nosebleeds..
Why not shoot for 40mg, lots of sources have var at 10mg tabs. You’ll save money too! That shit is expensive
Where would I get blood work and what would I ask for?
Privatemedlabs or ultra labs, assuming you’re in the us.

Test total and free, estrogen
Basic health markers
CBC CMP etc…
My cycle would be 250mg test e (monday & Thursday) for 12 weeks and add 50mg var for the last 6 weeks. Power pct would be my choice for pct

The SIMPLE PCT LAYOUTS portion? Am I to be looking for a reason why Clomid and Nolva dont work? The regiments show using both for 6 weeks, with option of an AI?
