How to raise Estrogen ?

I recently added some Primo 500mg pw to my TRT of 120mg Test Cyp SQ...
This crashed my E so had to stop taking it. Ouch - Tough joints!
How can i raise my E back up quickly?

I'm used to eating healthy foods and exercising to a minimum. And I was advised to eat fattier foods because the increase in fat in my diet would help with my fertility and estrogen levels.

You can raise your estrogen by these following foods such as;
1. Soybeans.
2. Sesame seeds.
Watch the movie called the notebook. That raises estrogen.

Plus tbol is dry and primo is dry....so now your joints hurt. Not understanding a cycle for cruise.

If I don't have dbol . And I had to take several tablets of letrozole because a lump appeared near the nipple. I feel like shit too. I would like to know how long it takes at a dose of 400 mg for estro to rise.
Prop, enanthate, TNE? I wouldn't use a long estered test to try and raise estro. TNE 100mg/d should be good in a few days. Prop I would give it a week.
