First cycle/Training/Nutrition

ad

Hey guys, new here.

I am planning to start my first cycle in March/April 2022 at the age of 25.

I have been training since I was 16, hired my first coach at 18 and probably started "seriously" when I was 20.

Competed a couple of times, been between bulking at cutting to grow from what I was 70kg to 90s now (101 full off season at 20% body fat, 81kg 5% body fat on stage).

I have had various inflammations (elbow & golf tennis, rotator cuff, low back, knees) and been just doing rehab for the past 6 months to get back 100% with everything. Inflammation was due to my style of training( classic UK top & back off sets pushed to failure and more).

Right now I am planning to start back in a different way....

Cycle: anywhere from 300 to 500 of testo per week for 12 weeks. (I will PCT after as well, of course)
Been wondering if to add any deca to help out with me coming out of rehab.

Training: I have been doing low volume high intensity for long time, 2 sets with mainly a Push Pull Legs Upper Lower routine, thinking if a bro split like chest tri, back bi, legs, shoulders, arms or something similar might work better than training muscles 2x week (mainly to let tendons "rest" a bit more).

Nutrition: Do you go about it same as normally? classic calorie surplus to gain 200/300g a week or do you aim for more? I believe it should be quite higher but how much? I know proteins will have to be higher on cycle.

Cardio? for cholestherol etc, necessary?

Supps to add for cycle? like for liver etc...?

Also, would you suggest anything such as peptides or GH to help with recovery?

Appreciate it a lot

There are so many other forums for nutrition and training. I personally recommending going by feel and results. Eat more as needed to gain muscle while not putting on too much fat.

I would say to start your first cycle simple with just test. Some add an oral at the end if you want. Make sure you understand how test reacts to your body and which dose as well as ai needed.

Buying steroids online is no less than a challenge. On paper, it may seem. You just have to visit one of the most reputable steroid sites, add products to your cart, and place your order. The entire process, however, can be quite difficult.

Firstly, not every website features injectable steroids. Other than that, it’s difficult to find a website that sells genuine Injectable Dianabol or other steroids.

Because the market is rife with scammers, they sell low-quality goods laced with harmful ingredients.

It is possible to become ill as a result of using such products. In some cases, the consequences can even be life-threatening.

The majority of people who fall prey to such frauds are those looking for low-cost injectable steroids. Of course, it’s a good idea to look for low-cost items, but not at the expense of your health.

A wide range of fitness accessoriesis available in the market. You can’t choose rightly or wisely unless or until you have a true knowledge of exercise machines.
