+ 1 First Cycle layout

Tp preface I am not starting a cycle just yet just wanted some input. I am fortunate to have my doctor be on board with helping monitor my bloods. I recently did blood work and Test is at 681Ng/Dl(I am on a caloric deficit so I imagine that impacts test levels
).

Lifting experience 6 years(was runner in hs)

Bloods done before hand with doc review of bio markers before starting cycle.
Cycle:Test E 300mg/12 weeks 1 inject Monday night/thursday night a week in ventglute rotating inject sites weekly. By week 4 getting bloods done and having doc review to make sure bio markers are g2g and to obviously monitor estrogen and see what my test is looking like. If needed have Aromasin on hand. I know from research it is trial and error to find the correct dosage on this but I would start with 6.25 ed and titrate up if needed. 3 weeks after last test E pin I will run weeks1-2 aromasin 6.25ed, weeks 1-2 nolvadex 40mg everyday, weeks 1-2 100 clomid everyday,weeks 3-4 nolvadex 20mg everyday, weeks 3-4 50 clomid everyday. I would have extra test, extra AI and Extra Serms on hand just in case. Also get bloods done 4 weeks after cycle as well.

Macros 3000cals/Day(will slowly increase as I go wanted to see if these macros made sense)

There’s been studies done on 300mg per week. I’m also doing 300mg as a means to see how my body reacts and then I can just increase it as I go. If that makes sense. I’d rather start at lowest effective dose and then go up as needed rather than start at 500mgs and deal with the potential sides.

This seems like a great first cycle with tons of research behind it so good job! My only concern would be the calories. Based on your stats, I would add in more calories (slight surplus and hope to recomp). However, based on how many calories you burn this could be different.

So im going to cut down to 200 ballpark before I start to get a bit leaner to see where im at. Ill have to adjust the calories accordingly from my bmr on that.

And thanks! I cheated a bit and talked to my doctor(who is a close family friend) who is close with a doc who is close with an Endo for some advice. I read a lot in the forum also.

First cycle will allow for a lot of recomp effects. I recommend getting lower on bf but not worrying about weight as much. I prefer simple cycles when i am around 12% so I can get bigger and a bit leaner

Do you already have the Nolva and Clomid on hand? I'd increase the calories to get the most out of the cycle and add Creatine to the supplements.

I have no purchased any of the compounds yet including test. How much would you increase to? 3500?

Take advantage of the increased nutrient partitioning of AAS and start at 1000 above TDEE or go with a cyclic bulking approach. Most cycles fail because people don't eat enough.

macros:250/400/60.... do you recommend upping the carbs protein or both?

Bare minimum for protein should be 1.5g/lb. Adjust carbs/fat to then match calorie goal.

Alright then, I just said it because you should never start a cycle without an ai on deck in case anything goes wrong and the pct too. I obviously don't know your activity level and metabolism so I can't tell you an exact number, but at least add 500 to your normal maintenance.

Gents! given activity level my caloric maintenance is 3000. Was going to slowly increase from there! And Tab absolutely. I actually was going to over buy on how much I need on test, AI and the pct.

would you so on average running this amount of test weekly I would run into alot of aromatization? I know everyone reacts differently but I would imagine running the lower dose will limit the risk.
