+ 2 Cycle Time Line 2023/2024 Assist Requested
Looking for input:
I wanted to share my cycle planning and get some input from the experienced folks here. Here's how my cycle timeline looks:
-
My current cycle ends on Saturday, November 11th, and my PCT will last around four weeks, completing on December 9th.
-
After that, I'll take 12 weeks off, and around February 4th, I plan to start a new cycle, assuming my health remains good.
-
I'll take another break starting around May 25th and complete PCT by June 22nd.
-
My cut cycle is set to kick off on September 2nd, aiming to peak for a show at the end of November or early December.
For my bulking cycle in February, I'd like to focus on gaining as much size as possible. I'm considering the following compounds:
- Testosterone
- Nandrolone Phenylpropionate (NPP)
- Dianabol (D-Bol)
Now, for the cutting cycle in September, I'm leaning towards:
- Testosterone
- Anavar
- Masteron
I'd appreciate your thoughts and suggestions on this cycle plan. It's crucial to me to ensure I'm making the most of these cycles while prioritizing my health.

Men’s physique?
Competition history?
I'm interested in competing in Men's Physique. I stand at 6 feet tall with a current weight of 215 pounds. Weight cap looks to be 225. Which means I have some work to do. I'm 35 years old and have about 17 percent body fat. Although I participated in a few shows in my early 20s naturally and achieved moderate results, it feels like a different era considering it's been a decade since then.
Ok that helps. If you’re 215 17% then you’re around 185-190 shredded. Weight cap is 225, which means you probably need to add around 20-30 pounds of stage muscle to really be competitive. For me that would take 2-3 years of dedicated offseason. I just want you to set your expectations accordingly.
If you just want to compete for the hell of it fine, but if you want to win, I’d take two year minimum and grow. Then reassess your look. And get a coach.
That makes since I didn’t think I’d go win was more just wanting to get into the sport and have the experience of posing and understanding what the competition is like. Test the waters so to speak.
Short esters or long? What doses ?
I'm not entirely certain at the moment; I'm seeking some guidance. The plan I mentioned earlier is quite tentative. I was experimenting to determine which compounds would align best with the poll I shared. In the past, I've taken Test E up to 600 milligrams per week without experiencing any adverse effects; it mainly made me feel good. However, Anadrol didn't agree with me at all.
