Training Apps

ad

Morning Eroids community,

I'm on the hunt for a good training app to replace my trusty, but outdated, Excel spreadsheets on my phone. Also hoping to learn a thing or two.

I've been following Dr. Mike from Renaissance Periodization, and his approach seems solid. Considering his app to streamline my workouts due to my hectic work schedule.

Any recommendations on training apps? Have any of you tried Dr. Mike's Renaissance Periodization app or others worth the investment?

I use JEFIT. Can enter my own plans, records reps and weights and provides me with rest timers in between sets so I don't take to long resting.

I have this app called RepCount that I enjoy using. Nothing special but does the job.
