Anadrol painful pumps

So I started running 75mg adrol ED on my cycle along with 500mg/wk test

4 days in and after the gym my muscles get very pumped, but it is painful at night, like they are about to explode, they also get very stiff

any suggestions to make it better?

Yeah definitely split it up I just finished two weeks on 50 mg daily, taking two weeks off. The pumps are crazy. Catch me at work with a gallon of water every day your boy be pissing every 45 minutes.

Shit I pissed in a bottle on the way to work, then when I was driving home at night, I was so thirsty I just grabbed a bottle off the floor and guess what I drank.

Straight up R-Kelly’d myself. Lmfao hydration king. I started having a big ass Gatorade every workout and keep one on deck at night. Went a long way.

Why on earth did you start your cycle at 75mg??? Did you watch those Brazilians in that YouTube video? Anadrol is some strong shit, Bro. If you’re running it six weeks, you should really ease your way in and ease your way out. First week should be 25mg to feel it out, and the stuff is so strong, that you will definitely feel it working. Week 2 at 50mg, and so on, paying close attention to side effects, blood pressure, Assholism, etc. listen to your body the whole time, and don’t ignore anything. I’m too old to run it that way, so now I use the Makwa method, 2 weeks on ed at 50mg, two weeks off, and so on through a 12 week cycle. You get a cool boost at the beginning, middle, and end of your cycle. Works great, especially being that my sides start kicking in at the end of week two. I’ve only used this method twice so far, but I’ll never use it any other way now. Ya gotta respect its strength, because the sides ain’t worth it.

@JakeKO using this method are you actually seeing growth from the adrol? I won't ever mess with it again but I'm just curious. I mean is 2 weeks on/ off at a time good enough for it to impart actual growth? I understand avoiding sides, I get that. So I guess what I'm asking is would it be more an avoiding sides type of thing than it is a growth thing when you do this particular 2 on 2 off method.

I definitely don’t see as much growth, but what I do see is a consistent increase in strength that hasn’t gone away. Each time, I’ve broken previous records, and managed to keep most of the strength. I haven’t been one to even attempt breaking personal records in many years. I’ve basically hung around the same comfort zones, comfortable in my plateaus. Once I tried Makwa’s method, I realized that the majority of my strength increases at the beginning of the second week, which led me to attempt upping my workout weight ten pounds during the first set of every exercise to see how I handle it. I can usually knock out ten reps, but then drop down five pounds for the next two sets without discomfort. Then, the next time I work that body part is usually later that week, and I can usually run two sets for ten at the highest weight. Then the following week, once I’m off the Anadrol, I’ve consistently worked out five pounds heavier for all three sets, so over the course of the last cycle, my workout weight is up ten pounds, even off of the Anadrol, not to mention seeing positive changes and veins that haven’t gone away in the past two months of being off cycle. I’ve definitely lost some size, but feel that it was just water weight and fat, because I haven’t gotten weaker. Meanwhile, I love that I don’t have to deal with the side effects that made me feel like complete shit by the middle of week three. It’s like, if I feel like shit all the time, my workouts are also going to suffer, so I never felt like I ever made any serious gains after the second week anyway, so I would usually increase my dose to 75mg per day and feel even worse, just to keep trying to see progress, but I was always chasing the dragon and basically didn’t progress any further. I’ve decided that I’m definitely running this Anadrol cycle again starting October 1st, but still contemplating which oiils to do it with. I’m thinking NPP, so i can drop it quickly if i start to feel uncomfortable, but still throwing some other ideas around while I’ve still got time to buy the gear.

Yeah I was just curious man. Hey if it works for you then that's all that matters. I figured it was more of a strength thing than a growth thing with that method. Speaking of sides, man look, I got the absolute worst headache ever and that was using 25mg/ day. It felt like a hangover times 1000! My blood pressure was fine too so not sure what that was about. It happened two times with two different brands. Needless to say in both cases I didn't last a damn week. Nice pumps though but damn it just wasn't worth those massive headaches. Also destroyed my appetite.

Ya see, that’s exactly the way I felt both times I tried running Superdrol. It happened the first time, and I thought it could’ve been a combination of the things I ran with it. My next attempt was a few months later after dropping everything besides Test. Same exact thing happened to me the second time, so I dropped it again. I’m a lot more cautious these days and won’t force cycles anymore. If it makes me feel like shit or too tired, I’m done. I don’t care about the money anymore. It sucks, but feeling like complete shit sucks a lot worse

That's exactly how I feel. Cycles are supposed to make you not only look good but also feel good. There was no way in hell I was going to continue using that oral and feeling that way, no way. If you don't feel right you have to abort. I hear stories all the time where guys are saying they feel sluggish and horrible yet they continue doing the exact same thing that caused those issues. Makes zero sense.
And as far as sdrol, man I remember when that stuff was sold legally on the supplement market. Guys were popping them left and right but I also remember alot of guys being hospitalized from sdrol.

I guess from looking at your other recent post - what I suspected is actually true. You have no idea what Nandrolone and Masteron do, but yet you are running 75mg Anadrol per day which you have no business in doing.

I couldn't go over 50 personally. Def had up the water intake while i ran it , started at 25 and adjusted by week 2. This was my first run with it also
