+ 4 What Are Everyone's Favourite PROTEIN Snacks?
Along with eating a lot of Chicken and Tuna, I eat a tonne of Cheese too either as snacks like Babybel or as an accompaniment or main during a meal. I'm a Big fan of Cheddar & Mozzarella Cheese and Salad Cream sandwiches too Lol I always knew that cheese was a good source of protein but I never really knew just how good - It actually has the same protein content per 100g as chicken does and is rich in amino's and all the 9 Essential Amino acids (dependant on variety as to how high content is).
Problem is I am also guilty of liking Jelly sweets etc so am trying to clean up my act and just include snacks that have medium to high protein content in a bid to become FUCKIN MASSIVE!!! LMFAOO
I'd like to hear what everyone likes to eat when chilling out on the sofa between main meals or on the go at work - BUT it has to include ALL EAA's and help contribute towards building muscle

jitterbug128Costco can of tuna with hot sauce is 210 cal and 42g protein for not very much food, dont know who all would consider that a snack but its cheap and can be easily eaten between meals so i call it one
Ranch seasoning in greek yogurt with some overcooked realgood tenders from the airfryer also has some great macros and its easy/small
That and those protein poptarts, if im left alone with a box of those theyre gone in like 48 hours max
bro the protein poptarts (legendary ones) are fuckin legit.... couple seconds in the microwave- so good...
the legendary donuts, on the other hand, suck balls in my opinion
Ya I can't buy these anymore bro I say the whole box in one sitting. The cinnamon rolls weren't bad either but ya the donuts were awful.
jitterbug128They are legit 10x better than regular poptarts imo, and the macros are better than like the nastiest protein bars, that company is either lying or wizards
I'm still debating getting an Air Fryer - do they actually make a difference to how tasty chicken is?
It saves a ton of time. The chicken is dry but i add slight bit of organic butter/ghee to it with some tomato sauce.
Yes. You need an air fryer. The is zero room for debate on this. It's the DBOL of cooking appliances
Better than a Grill or actual fryer?
Different than both. Obviously a grill (I am hoping you Brits and us Americans both refer to a BBQ as a grill) is irreplaceable and serves a specific purpose.
a deep fryer is arguably the most unhealthy method of cooking anything, but likely the most tasty.
And an air fryer is ultimately a small convection oven. It heats up and circulates hot air, thereby simulating the effects of an oil fryer without oil. If you routinely cook things in your oven, and are sick of things like fries (chips) and tots and things that are supposed to be crispy coming out floppy and soggy and taking hours then you NEED an air fryer. Just get one. They are less than a month supply of dbol.
LOL I was thinking those little ovens with the flip down doors are called Grills you have over there, but I think you call them Broilers don't you? Honestly man you Yanks need to sort out your terminology - makes everything bloody difficult LMAO
We call a BBQ guess what? A Barbeque .....
Yes, Chips are indeed 'Fries'
ie. Fish and Chips ....
To me, it’s best of both worlds between a fryer and an oven. Faster than an oven , keeps things juicy like a fryer, and crisps them up without actually “frying”. Don’t think it competes with a grill though, as it’s more of a frying/baking appliance. You can also use it to toast things technically, but I prefer my toaster for that. It’s definitely worth the buy.
jitterbug128To me its been a very convenient tiny oven that gets things crispy really fast, its like a premium oven but affordable because its small. So in the way that a really good oven would make a difference in taste, i think youd see the same with an air fryer. But i have a caveman palate and no sense of smell so take that with a grain of salt
