Test tren var diet question

I have ran tren before at 50/50 test tren ratio

This cycle I'm running 2 pins per week
Week 1-6
Test sust 400mg
Tren e 400mg
Week 7-12
Test sust 400mg
Tren e 400mg
Var 50-100 once a day

That's the cycle info and my info

377 protein 45%
145 fat 37%
155 carbs18%

Is this a good ratio or should I raise or lower fats and carbs?
Off days all non veg carbs would be gone. Thanks in advance

You really don't need that high of a dosage man, just start of lower and you can always increase them later. Protein is too high and carbs too low.

Personally I think 12 weeks of Tren E at 600mg/wk, Anadrol 50 then switching up to 100mg ED of Anavar on ONLY a 4th cycle is a bit heavy going. This is around an 8th cycle compound run. But with all the long haired barely out of school teenagers on youtube running it like its just thought of as Test nowadays, everyone seems to see it as the norm now.

The var would be at 50. I don't like A50s other then to jump start the tren but fyi I'm not a youngster

Tren E at 600mg/wk is the top end of a trenbolone run, after that there is nowhere left to go. And take it from me trenbolone at that dose is rough, its not pleasant. You would enjoy it much more at around 300mg/wk and on that you'll probably able to eat more too which is where the muscle will ultimately come from.

See that's real advice!
I am not set on amounts my last cycle was e @ 100mg E3d .. I had problems missing pins because it was weird schedule and hated the cycle. Not the sides just the overall effects but also felt like I definitely did not eat enough and weird pin schedule. In a vet opinion if I run 400 rather than 600 what should I put my test at?

I’m addition to the superb advice by press, If you so happen to lower the dose to that 300 mg range, it shouldn’t effect your cardio as much as it would at 600 mg a wk. I’m actually very curious to see how you proceed with this cycle given all the advice the community has given you.

Probably ly going to run 400/400 for 12, var on back 6 and watch how I feel. I have heard people say tren high test low and that's what I was going for but I am going to 50/50 split again

The Test dose is very individual based - I like mine to be at least double that of the tren as I love the energy, strength and feel good factor I get from it. It offsets the shitty trenbolone feeling for me, but others hate high test and will run as little as 250mg/wk with 400 tren. If I ran that little I would feel drained and lethargic, depressed next to higher tren. Try 600mg Test and see how you find it Smile

I have ran tren 2x at 200p week and 300p week both were ran with test e
I have also ran multiple test AAS cycles
Sides weren't bad for me and tren just the night sweats and the results from tren are great just need to regulate better and make sure I'm eating enough of the right fuel which is what I'm trying to figure out

Basically the same thing but about half. And add some cheesecake and ice creme lol.... I maintain at 190 with gym 3x per week. I basically eat the same thing daily just wanted to cut the crappy extras and increase the whole foods. Just don't really understand how to manipulate carbs and fats with gear.

Bro there is no way you are eating 377g of protein per day. I am maxed at 300g protein thats 6 meals of 8ozs of meat. You should not need more than 220-250g protein max. Redirect those calories to carbs, those are too low, fats are fine but could be a little lower.

Also 12 weeks of orals straight is a lot.

3lbs of chicken and 8oz of lean steak a day its not bad. I make a big bowl and snack throughout the day. I can up my carbs and lower my meat though honestly the carbs are the hardest part for me to swallow though. I don't understand how to get to that perfect carb level though for what I'm taking.

The lower my carbs are the quicker and more fat I lose. When cutting I am under 100g/d.

If you can eat almost 400g of protein from meat per Day then you are a very unique individual.

Your perfect carb level is the amount you can eat without being bloated and feel fueled in your workouts. Carbs are just fuel for the muscle. Carb selection very important as well, experiment and find what works for your body.
