Your liver doesn’t need a detox, it’s doing a «detox» 24/7 itself. They say «Detox» because it sounds healthcare-ish.

Milk thistle seed = silymarin (the only somewhat useful thing in it), minor anti-inflammatory effects. 500mg is a decent dose. It's one of the weakest thing you can get for liver support still.

Hawthorne berry — another antioxidant, no really significant info on liver benefits, tho. Just some usual «2000 years of use in holiistic medicine». I’d go for those as an extra heart support, not «liver antioxidant».

Red beet root — if you want the heart effects you need juice, not supplements, or at least in 1000mg doses (12mg per kg), not 200mg. It’s not enough.

Turmeric root = curcumin. Used «for centuries» to treat everything, from arthritis to hay fever and rashes. Some studies suggest it’s beneficial for the liver and reduces the build-up, others link it to liver injury and jaundice. 100mg is not enough for your body to even notice it anyway.

My best guess: the «Liver Detox Complex» here is 30% weak but possibly OK, 70% pure buzz words.

I remember these... athletes/bodybuilders representing that brand with Timbs in the gym on a summery day, yeah it was cool back then.
But It's like a horse dosage of 8-10 pills to take, nah too much,
there must be better alternatives and the piss was bright yellow after them, maybe they changed something, it's almost a decade since I haven't seen them.
They for sure had great marketing in 2010-2012, idk about now.

This is my daily vitamin pak also. They updated formula and still have same ingredients but packed into less pills!! The liver pill used to be HUGE felt like I was swallowing a T-bone. Good stuff

I’ve been taking 2 packs per day for a few years now with an abundance of water and I love them. It’s always made sense to me that there’s so many pills, no way you could get that many vitamins and minerals packed into one pill unless it was the size of a golf ball. -- always thought it was convenient instead of having 6-7 different supplement bottles scattered the counter. --

The old animal pack. That stuff is from the 80's. Lol didn't even know it was still around. That is what all the bodybuilders in the magazines back then took to get jacked. To many damn pills for me and some are the size of golfballs Bad

so many pills lol. its like 2 handfuls every morning, I think its like 22 pills per serving or something -- but they haven't been bothering my stomach at all which is what I was concerned with eating that many pills in the AM but so far so good

Is that a powder? That looks nifty. If you don't mind answering how much does that cost and whereabouts do you get it?
The milk thistle and turmeric are great for the liver I can't speak for hawthorn or beet root. Look it up on the ol' wikky pedia.

I'mma have to check mine and see if it has this. It would replace a lot of clutter on my bathroom counter. Thanks. +1
