+ 2 Hgh OD

ad

Holy ass balls I didn’t know this was possible. So a kid overdosed on hgh. I believe he injected 1,000 ius or 900 ius? It was 300 mgs and idk if it’s 3 or 3.3 ius per mg. But still just thought I’d share, I believe it’s still the only known case of HGH overdose. I know it’s not cool to talk bad about the dead, but what an idiot.

I bet he figured if his Test dose is 300mg per shot then why wouldn't his HGH be??! LOL

DeeMan's picture

Man....just when I thought I've seen it all!

Black90tsi's picture

It's never a good thing when a young person dies. But at the same time we probably don't want someone this stupid to be swimming in our future gene pool.

Nattyboomba's picture

He went septic & was treated for a bunch of compromised immune indicators like pneumonia & staph infection. And 300 mg for an upcoming event? I’m curious what he thought he was accomplishing. So wild. Probably good he wasn’t using AAS. Site injecting some wild amount of oil…..

Nattyboomba's picture

Including, but not limited to water.

23Sparta's picture

There is a lot to try and wrap your head around right there

Rosschestzip's picture

Right ? Dude wanted to win some type of competition so figured he’d take a years supply of gh. Idk what he even thought that would accomplish, there’s like zero performance enhancement from hgh, which he should’ve known cus he was blasting it for two years

23Sparta's picture

Yeah that part, he took to the grave with him. I started to google all those medical conditions, so I could have a better understanding of what went on, but then I’m like…. for what lol? 900iu isn’t on my bucket list

DeeMan's picture

What? This is crazy. Never heard of GH overdose before...wow

23Sparta's picture

Crazy af bro. There’s a lot there and then there isn’t. I mean we can try and figure it out, but in the end, the amount he used is so unreasonable that this situation should never apply at any of us

DeeMan's picture

I agree 100%. I'll NEVER understand guys like this. I competed in a powerlifting meet against a guy who used half that amount which is still ridiculous. That dude still lost though lol. But seriously, man I don't get it.

23Sparta's picture

Wow, really? Even half that amount is absurd. This is all beyond what my brain is capable of comprehending. 900iu is 200X times what’s usually run around here per day. You can’t even gain any meaningful data from this situation, it’s too unusual and like you said ridiculous

DeeMan's picture

I just think at some point there's definitely diminishing returns as far as higher dosages. Also could activate cancer...never know.

23Sparta's picture

Absolutely diminished returns. Steve says a good synergistic balance between aas and growth is like 1iu per 250mg of gear. Mind you he’s talking pharma grade growth, but that’s a good place to start. I’d say 2iu of generic per 250mg of gear is good. With that said, I still like to run more growth than that lol

DeeMan's picture

Wow reallly? For me 3 iu is the most I would go with it. But I wouldn't be looking for it to put on significant muscle.

23Sparta's picture

Yeah so, his math would be 750mg of gear to go with that, mine would be 375mg. Anywhere between there is a good balance for 3iu imo

Mac12769's picture

I read all that. Ok so first the guys electrolytes were way screwed up, and headed into Rhabdo, which is a whole different animal. My problem, is the publisher's making some broad conclusions for other things, and there's something specific going on here. The pt has "2 years" of AAS use, but he's not including any of that history and those effects as well. And how he's "used/abused" them. And that makes a big difference. This article is a very narrow window of info.

DeeMan's picture

Yea we don't have the whole story I agree.
The guy has some problems

23Sparta's picture

They probably didn’t even know wtf was going on. I couldn’t imagine trying to save someone’s life like that, in a situation without precedent. Like here you go, he shot 300mg of GH, he doesn’t feel good, help him. Like I wouldn’t even assume that the average health care professional would know off hand how much that is. They probably had to Google that. Yeah what you said makes sense Mac, just my brain was on overload with some of those words. Even 900ius worth dimer can’t be any joke as well

DeeMan's picture

Lab experiment....makes no sense. Too many unknowns

Nattyboomba's picture

I hadn’t thought about the dimer or any other contaminants, for that matter. The massive dose of impurities could have any number of terrible results.

23Sparta's picture

Yeah all those weird misfolded (new word 10pts) denatured, or whatever it does, peptide chains, wreaking havoc in his body

Rosschestzip's picture

There a chemical in hgh that’s part of the chemical reaction process or whatever, that people can be allergic too, I forget the name but it’s kinda like the solvents in AAS. I’d be curious to see if there’s studies about overdosing on that chemical. And maybe that’s what actually killed him or like you guys said maybe even the dimmers or other impurities

DeeMan's picture

Never heard of that but who knows. Like @23Sparta mentioned below, GH nowadays is made in a lab from E-coli bacteria.

23Sparta's picture

lol, it’s made from E. coli

Rosschestzip's picture

If you read the insert in genotropin pens or another pharma pen it says “do not take if your allergic to XYZ” and I forget what it is, but it it’s a chemical name

Edit: so I looked it up, it’s a preservative not a solvent, it’s m-cresol and there is a lethal amount of 12 mgs. I have no clue how many ius that would take tho

23Sparta's picture

https://labeling.pfizer.com/showlabeling.aspx?id=577

I’m reading through it right now

Edit: Found it somewhere else….
“GENOTROPIN cartridges contain m-Cresol and should not be used by patients allergic to it.“

Rosschestzip's picture

So I did the math and he wasn’t even close to the lethal dose of m-cresol(If I did it correctly)
12 mgs is the lethal dose and it’s in hgh at .3% so 1000 ius would be 300 mgs and .3% of 300 is .9mgs I think?
