Q: Is C4still the best pre work energy supplement?knowing there r loads of new stuff in the market !

I missed the era when energy supplements were full of Ephedra ! lol…

Man, so a month or so ago I picked up some dmaa from a friendly source here. I took what I remember being a small dose from the c4 days and spent most the day feeling like I was having a heart attack.

I have a 12oz cup of coffee before my morning workout. That’s all I ever need. Anything stronger than that that leaves me jittery for hours after the workout, and who the fuck needs that, LOL

Also if your going with c4 there's several different ones. the c4 sport is like the Walmart version. you have to really look at the ingredients and compare they kind of made one for each price point. There's like the Dollar store version, the grocery store version and then the gnc version.

How do you handle the Shrooms??? My weed guy gave me a 1/4 oz for free, and a shroom chocolate bar that I haven’t had the balls to try yet. I have a lot of tripping experience as I grew up in the Rave scene, but I don’t know if I can handle it anymore. I’m so tempted to try it again every weekend, but I think I have way too much mental baggage to handle it. I can’t even smoke too much weed without getting a weird anxiety. I have to take a few hits and put it down, or I’ll be high for hours, and I mean HOURS. My wife swears it’s the gear I’m on causing it because she can smoke a whole joint without any adverse effects. She actually smokes before the gym every morning and swears she has the best workouts. My ass would probably fall asleep on a bench somewhere

Depends on the shrooms. There a various different kinds. Psilocybe type make me feel good. No real visuals just an overall feel good feeling. If I take too much man, I just want to laugh at everything. The most mundane shit and I'll laugh. I know people who've had bad trips but they just took whatever not knowing how to even handle them. I think shrooms definitely have a benefit. I can think of things I normally wouldn't. I've microdosed and it just makes me sharper. I've blasted like a fuck ton and went to a different dimension for 6-8 hours lol. I think they just made me a calmer person. Especially when it came to fighting. I'm able to keep chill in stressful situations. No need to fear man. If you have a sitter, you'll be alright. Calm setting definitely helps.

Never used C4. Too much caffeine. Just make sure it has the basics like citrulline, betaine, beta-alanine, creatine, electrolytes, BCAA's.

i was taking a pre workout called enjoy the hysteria sevral sights sell it and its not even the strongest one on there but i can tell you it packs a punch like the old pre workouts used to theres sevral out there that still have ephedra extracts in them and dmma and dmha in them along with stuff for the pump

best preworkout: A good meal with plenty of carbs. Add some salt and water. If you really wanna spice things up then drink an intra with carbs and electrolytes

Add coffee/caffeine if needed

The only reason everybody loved c4 was because it had that stimulant in it. Yes it had all the citrulline and other stuff in it too but pretty much most preworkouts have the most of the same ingredients but different amounts.

I most definitely use the eaa’s during. Some great ingredients in one scoop.. has me hydrated and sweating on the inside I still havent tried. The clear protein that you like. When im done with my old powder will be trying the clear for summer time fun
