Gut health

Just curious on what’s your gut health protocol and maybe looking to try new things myself. I currently use
Table spoon of apple cider vinegar mixed with lemon juice 5g of l-glutamate a greens powder and fiber supplement also a probiotic I take. I tried searching around the forums and couldn’t find anything. Kinda surprised considering we need to be able to properly digest all this food in order for it to work for us.

Artichoke Extract is a brilliant supplement for Digestion and keeping a healthy appetite mate, keeps the Bile acids flowing freely in the liver and gallbladder. AAS has a tendency to block them if you are using C17's and trenbolone, things like that. I include it as part of my liver drink but I look at it more for appetite than anything - can really notice when you have taken it. It works very similar to TUDCA basically. I use 10g Glutamine daily too. Astragalus root powder I feel also helps with it being quite earthy, seems to line the stomach well as obviously helping the kidneys tremendously.
