+ 1 Good fast easy meal replacement shakes.

ad

Hey guys lost my job a few weeks ago and found a new one pretty quick but this job is full work for 9 hours a day with only a 30 min lunch break. My question is what's a good meal replacement shake that's going to have a good protein blend that will feed for a few hours and have a good source.of carbs. Or should I just throw some raw oats into one of my protein powders. I need something RTD that I can keep in my lunch cooler or something quick I can dump in my shaker and chug.

Bro, Gatorade makes an awesome protein bar that actually tastes great. I keep one with me at all times just in case.

I take a blender. Throw a 4 scoops of why, few scoops of oatmeal, milk, peanut butter and ice. Blend.
Fill up three or 4 protein shaker bottles and keep in fridge. Depending on protein needs at work take 1 or two shakes with me and keep in fridge. I slam them fast when I'm busy in between breaks.

Quinoa pudding, consisting really just of quinoa, milk and whatever fruit you’d like to mix in is high in protein and quality carbs. Similar to overnight oats, & quite delicious

I use 'muscleoats' it's just ground up oats decent fiber still in it I'll do 2 scoops to 1 with a protein powder. Almond powder if you need quick fats could mix it all up ahead of time n have it ready to dump in a shaker bottle. Not the most satisfying but it's calories
