Be Careful what you touch

just writing this as a friendly reminder to be careful what you touch because you never know what's on the item. For the last month I've been dealing with a really bad nasty eye infection. I had to see 4 Doctors befor someone could finally tell me that i have an STD in my eye. Doc said it happens alot someone infected will usually masterbate then just wipe their hand with a towel and go around town touching stuff. then you touch something and rub your face and bam you get a nasty eye infection that keeps you out of the gym and work for a month. Be careful bros and if your out and about carry a bottle of sanitizer with you and especially dont rub your face.

Fuck that! That's why I always carry hand sanitizer in my gym bag in case the gym has run out. As soon as I'm on my way out the door I slather that shit on.

I have a really bad habit of just touching whatever and always wiping face and eyes and biting nails lol...

This may have happen to me my eye was fucked for like 2 weeks one time I had no idea why. And it wasn't pink eye.

Think I snagged some antis from my mom and it cleared up so prob some kind infection

Honest good advice, lol but I'm sure I'll contunue the bad habit.

sounds like you got lucky with just taking a drug and it working. Ive been on several different drugs for diff. infections. Now that they figured out what it is and got the right drug combination it is slowly starting to clear up and out. hopefully by monday they will let me back in the gym instead of booting me out.
