+ 1 Excel/google sheets daily macro/calorie calculator

ad

Hey guys

I made an excel spreadsheet daily macro and calorie calculator that works on google sheets.
I thought i would post it incase anyone finds it helpful.
You have to fill the database on the database sheets with the foods nutritional information and then on the main sheet all you do is select the food item from the drop list and put the grams you consumed and it will give you all the numbers. The drop list menu goes down to the 10,000th square which can be extended the same way as the formula from calories to fat by dragging down from the drop list menu cell using the cross. And the food database goes down to the 10,000th cell, you can extend that too if you need.
You can do the food database on google sheets as you go along

+1 for creating something that's not slurping up you data like a phone app.
-1 for doing it on google sheets which is slurping up your data, like effin google lol.
All jokes aside, good work bro

What’s the purpose of this if there are already numerous phone and web apps you can use which do it way better and it’s already filled with usda data already?

I’m sorry but this is just minor formatting in google sheets. Took you 5-10 minutes tops and provides very little.

To be honest I didn’t like the phone apps, I did it faster calculating macros at the end of the day manually.
This is if you want to take it to the next level I suppose, if you want to make your own food database with the most accurate nutritional information and plan out your days in advance and if you want to refer back to the information in a few years and see what you did at a previous competition.
