This is my 2 week protein haul. 30lbs chicken breast 8 dozen eggs and 3lbs beef. I trim and butterfly the chicken then bag and freeze for easy dispersement.
About 100$ for the chicken 15 for the beef and the eggs are about 50$.
Carb source's not pictured.

Of you can get near a farm, there are really good deals on chicken and eggs. Get a half a cow and get your beef at 2$ a pound give or take. Well now it’s probably more for beef woth inflation but still cheaper than your local store
This is the best gear right here.
JonnyBananas857gotta love the grub bro. nice haul.
Roughly working that out in my head, it’s over 250g’s of protein a day in chicken you’re consuming
Yes sir. Kals are around 2600 right now. In a 1000 kal deficit roughly, most days. Next push coming up soon.
RustyhookerNice...no cartons of egg whites? Eggs lasts much longer with me when i mix with egg whites. 5 dozen boxes are the way to go for sure! Costco/BJ's....lifesaver
The yolk is where its at man
I agree, 3 whole eggs with 1/2 cup of whites.. Part of daily breakfast for me. I can't see myself throwing out the yolks to separate the whites, so I buy whites separate and mix. 5 dozen box of eggs lasts a good while that way.
I used to do this as well, but Sam's club stopped carrying the cases of egg whites for some reason. And I way out in the sticks it is an hour and half drive just to get to Sam's for me. Egg white are way to expensive to buy in those single cartons.
RustyhookerYolk ^^^^ high five
Damn bro. C’mon over to my 5 acres and we shall fire up my grill worthy of that !
That makes me want to work out just looking….
Don’t need the eggs, I have about 15 chickens lol.
C'mon buddy, lets see some animal pictures from the farm!
They are coming brother. I'll have some baby goats soon. Have a few about to pop, some with twins, I don't give a shit how tough you think you are, holding those little critters will soften anyone up lol. Think a heifer will drop a calf soon too.
When I use to live in a village as a kid as soon as I got home from school the local farmer use to come pick me up in his tractor as I loved going ploughing with him then bringing a load of hens eggs home to eat. When it was lambing season we'd be in the back field and a few times I watched him pull the lambs out that would get stuck, it would make me feel so ill but I still enjoyed being around it all lol
Lmao. Been there, done that. With goats and calves.
I can see the carb source, there's full box of coke and the mountain dew in the background! :-)))
Those are all zeros. The carbs are in the cereal boxes or top the fridge almost empty lol.
Is this food porn. We want to see the carb pictures. that is the best part
Cookies, right hand side, on top of the Tupperware. I can spot a cookie a mile away.
