+ 2 Would someone be willing to help me line out my cycle?

I have already gotten a bunch of help getting a better understanding of compounds in the 2 days that I have been here. Everyone I've spoken to has seemed to have a lot of experience and has been extremely helpful. You guys have saved my ass lol.

So here's what I have/am ordering.

4 vials test cyp 250mg per ml
Arimistane and aromasin (from what I've read the aromasin is probably the better choice since I won't be rebounding)
Mk 677 (not dead set on using this but I've had it before and liked it/didn't bloat)
Nolvadex have one bottle of 10 mg x 60 tablets going to order enough for 40/40/20/20 ordering two more bottles in case I need to go past four weeks
I also have one 10 ml vial of prop 100. (Not sure if it could be implemented for a taper or something)

I was set on doing 500 mg per week of the test and now I've been considering taking 250 a week in two every 3.5 day doses. Not necessarily 250 a week the entire time but maybe to access how I react and sides.
Also do I want to taper down towards the end? I've heard about that and not sure on credibility if it even matters

I'm a beginner and was influenced a little too much by reddit at first, I wouldn't be surprised if some of the people on there are spreading misinformation on purpose or just aren't very well researched after talking to some of the guys on here.

I hope this isn't too much of an ask, hopefully you all are just used to the questions lol. But I'm wanting to line everything out on actual paper so I have it handy and don't have to search for what I've read every time I have a question. I plan on doing bloods. Also just an fyi there is no real rush on this as I'm looking to lose about 10-15 lbs before I start and also wait until I have everything on hand so I don't start the cycle and some issue comes up with shipping.

Don't fluctuate the dose, if your going to mess with your natural production then just go for it plus your hormones are going to fluctuate and your going to have a bitch of a time with your estro. 250mg of test twice a week. Aromasin is less harsh than arimidex but everyone's different. Get blood work done to lock in that AI dose if you don't want to guess. I did well using 12.5mg every 2 days. But with the test stick with one dose, no point in starting super low then raising, you won't get the full benefit. And for post cycle go Clomid 100/100/50/50 and Nolvadex 40/40/20/20. Standard 1st cycle right here. Plus one on knowing to get bloods done

I would titrate dosing, I know it can be frowned upon on this site. But I would start at 250mg/wk run that for 4-6 weeks, then bump to 350mg/wk run that for 4-6 weeks, then try 500mg/wk for the remainder. This way you can see if you run into any side effects.

Things to look out for - blood pressure (buy a $25 wrist BP monitor from amazon), acne, gyno, etc.

Don't worry about the gains bc you will make them haha

I definitely frown upon it. Makes estro management a nightmare, especially when trying to figure it out for a first cycle. It is doable but it will require a shit ton of bloodwork and just seems to overall complicate things when there is already enough things that can go wrong during a first cycle.

That's a good point no doubt. I know he didn't ask for it but I just think if we are trying to find the lowest effective dose and dialing in training + diet would be the optimal outcome for the longevity in the sport. Being safe about things and taking a slower approach by investing in your health with bloods every month is a good way to do it. It just depends how health conscious he is and if he is financially willing to invest in his health.

500mg test is equivalent to throwing mud at the wall and seeing what sticks. I feel it gives the youngsters an excuse to slack on the diet, training and health markers.

I'm 100% willing to get the three bloods done, once a month is a little beyond what I can afford to do. Which test is the one or ones I need to get exactly? I'm not jumping into this without knowing exactly what I need to.

500mg still won't make a difference if diet and training are subpar. You can never overcome a shitty diet no matter what or how much anabolics you take.

Diet and training will not be an issue. Currently fasting to get my weight down. Then going to do a clean bulk with the test once I'm where I want to be weight wise. How do you get body fat measured accurately? I'm 5'11 and 215. I am going to diet and fast down to 200 maybe 190 if I don't have the results I'm looking for at 200

Body fat caliper. $10 on Amazon. Use Jackson-pollock 3 point test. Easy to do by yourself

Bro, I ran this water fast strictly for about 74 hours straight last month and lost ten pounds, and I kept it off, and it wasn’t just water weight my small love handles that I’ve struggled with my with my whole life.are almost completely gone. I did a 24 hour fast from 9pm Thursday to 9 pm yesterday. During it I did arms and legs, and I shoveled about 7 driveways to make some extra cash (raked in $150 so that was cool)

But anyway I have lost four lbs since Thursday night. Might do a 24 hour fast once a week honestly because It felt pretty good mentally and physically. And just diet at about 16-1800 calories per day and low carb high fat and protein until I'm at the weight I want to be at.

Does that sound like a decent plan? Love handles are really the only area I think actually looks bad on me but I wouldn't mind getting leaner all around lol

I only fast from about 8pm when I go to bed till after my morning cardio, about 530am then I follow with my breakfast, 2 cups of Kodiak protein oats with a banana and some hemp seed, and 6 egg whites. I'm losing fat faster than a prostitute catches stds

Definitely a stubborn area, especially while bulking. Always hit my GH or hcg subq right into them on rotation. T-suspension works good too but it's a pain in the ass to find properly micronized for subQ, aside from cutting it 2/3rd with bac.

To the original poster: it sounds like you've done some research and I agree that 500mg test is a good starting point for most. You could always pyramid the dosing (old skool). I would save the prop until you're comfortable with everyday pinning. You will be hungry enough from just the testosterone, I'd save the MK as a bridge or during your PCT. It will help you retain some of the water weight and keep your strength up. Discipline is everything, slow and steady. Welcome to the club

Thanks man, I've gotten a lot of knowledge from here and had a lot of my old "knowledge" corrected. That's a good idea on saving the mk for pct or bridging it. I am really considering getting some hcg for right before pct because I don't want to deal with the shrunken testes, is that something to expect at a dose like this? Or is that something more prevalent in large doses and stacking compounds

Testicular atrophy will occur at any dose of exogenous test. It’s a negative feedback loop. If your body senses any exogenous test, then it goes “well I’m good here no need to keep signaling LH/FSH”, now your testes stop getting their signaling and begin to atrophy. Significant atrophy is more a product of length of cycle not dosage of cycle. They’ll bounce back after a 12 week cycle no problem. Hcg during the cycle just expedites that bounce back.

How bad was the muscle wasting? I've lost 4 lbs over the weekend just a month ago from only having whey protein and one meal. No sir once I lose it I'm staying dialed in. I just let myself eat out once a week and that snowballed into eating processed foods and all that crap I need to stay away from. Hell I've got a three day weekend so might be a good time to see how close to that I can go. Love handles is really my area I'm concerned with too. If I didn't have those I'd be pretty happy with myself

I don’t think I lost any muscle at all. I trained every day through the fast, so maybe that’s why I maintained well. This fast was a life changer for sure

I'm currently on hour 15 no food. I know it's going to get a lot harder because I really like food, but I know this is good for me and my weight. I did have a cup of coffee this morning, hopefully that doesn't affect the fast negatively.
