TRT into First Cycle

Hi I am planning on starting my first cycle based on one of the articles on here from a couple years ago. Basically just test e and Anastrazole. 500mg of test seems to be the base starting dose but should I adjust it if I’m currently on medically prescribed trt? I do 150mg a week. Should I do 650 mg of test on my cycle then or start at 500 and see how I feel?

500 - what are your blood results at 150?
That’s what I was expecting but wanted to make sure. My las labs was in the middle of October and I was at 899. Gonna be a bit before I start the cycle though so I’ll have another fresh set of labs before then.
Yeah. That's a good level.
