Please urgent help required idk what to do 29yo obese male
Guys I’ve been working out and dieting for 5 months now I started with 340 lbs and now I am still at the same weight I am very strong I maxed most of planet fitness equipment. I know that I gained a considerable amount of muscle and strength in this 5 months but it still doesn’t show I need to drastically decrease my body fat percentage somehow
During theses 5 months I was taking 1ml test cyp a week 200mg (I don’t have any intention of ever stopping test) a friend recently told me I should double it and it might get me some more results. Also I recently found out my girlfriend is pregnant and in order to provide I was thinking of joining the military but with my body fat it’s impossible for me to get accepted. I need to loose around 100lbs fast a friend told me trembolone might help another told me to try masteron. What are your thoughts on the matter? I’m already working out a lot 7 days a week and I’m on a 1700 calories a day diet but still no significant weight loss although I can see difference in the mirror

I think the problem is our diets don’t include the obligatory slice of cheesecake every night before bed. So it simply won’t work for them lol
“I’m not about to weigh out my cheesecake dammit!”
Bro, hit the treadmill or walk5/10 miles a day and go on the carnivore diet, you’ll lose weight fast. At that BF, you’re at serious health risks without steroids and if you take them they will only exasperate poor health condition.
Honestly that’s something that I haven’t been doing a whole lot. I absolutely love the gym and weightlifting but I hate doing cardio I’ve doing doing only like 20 minutes a day
Just fyi lifting weights burns almost zero calories. The math of joules needed to mechanically move 500kg 1 meter (aka like a deadlift) is equivalent to ~1 calorie. Anaerobic power movements won’t equate to many calorie burned. There was a Harvard study (or maybe 3 of them?) that showed a full weightlifting session burned ~100 calories. The thing of “oh well your body continues to burn calories well after the session” is a myth.
If you want to lose weight fast you HAVE to do cardio. LISS and diet and you will melt fat off your body. Weigh and track everything you eat. No bs nibbles here and there because they add up and all of a sudden your entire cardio session is blown because you just nibbled it all away with little snacks here and there.
I hate Cardio too. Twenty minutes of cardio can be enough if you are sure not to take long breaks in between sets of your weight training. Only rest for 20-30 seconds in between sets and you will push your body into a cardio mode that will burn more fat than the treadmill.
Alternate between high and low intensity. You have to learn to love cardio and you will if you stay consistent.
I wish I could learn to love it. I get so fking bored.
I don’t ever love it, I literally need it for my mental state.
Firstly, DO NOT do any more steroids or compounds over and above the 200mg Test you are already doing buddy - it seems to me its your diet and the amount you are eating daily that is the problem if you are truly honest with yourself here. I just do not see how you are supporting 340lb's of bodyweight with only 1700 calories per day, scientifically this is just not possible - especially if you are training more or less every day of the week.

This just sounds like you jumble some healthy foods to justify still eating shit foods. It’s all or nothing brother and unfortunately you need to go to an extreme with dieting.
This diet was made in Portuguese im from Brazil I just copied and pasted on google translator so some stuff might not make sense
Watch the sodium and carbs. Stick with beef chicken and fish. Don’t eat processed foods or starchy foods. You won’t lose weight with that diet hermano.
Way too much food
Research the carnivore diet.
Dude swear on my life I go to the gym 7 days a week I’ll send you my diet plan that was prescribed to my by my nutritionist. I’m not a fat blob just to be clear my body looks like one of those powerlifting guys
Buddy you are preaching to the choir here!! I would love to be 340lb's and strong as a motherfucker, personally I would keep it that way and hone your skills into powerlifting and moving some insane numbers, but you are clearly wanting to look leaner and shift some bodyfat so I am just trying to help you and see what really is keeping you at this weight.
I do weight training plus cardio 5 days a week Monday to Friday and cardio only on the weekdays and let the muscles rest I’m doing adcd training plus one whole body on Friday I admit I don’t do a lot of cardio only a around 20 minutes it’s very boring for me I think I should work on that
