Opinions on my First cycle

Hello everyone
I am 25 years old 183cm(6ft) weighing around 71kg(156.5 pounds) bodyfat around 13-14%
I have been working out since 16years old on and off and only got serious last 1.5years
I am a natural hardgainer.The moment i stop working out and forcefeeding myself my weight goes down to 58-60kg range,checked multiple times through the years
I decided to run a cycle so i can finally stop being skinny.I know it sounds ridiculous since most people run cycles when they reach their natural potential but it seems i cant gain more weight and maybe thats my natural potential.
My goal after a 12week cycle to gain as much weight as possible.I dont even mind adding some fat.Optimal goal is to gain 10-15kg with as much muscle as possible
Cycle:
Week 1-12:Test E 500mg/week split in 2 doses
Week 1-12:Anastro 1mg starting 1every 3.5 days,going to every other day if i see symptomps(puffy nipples etc)
Week 13-14:OFF
Week 15-16:40mg nolva every day
Week 17-18:20mg nolva everyday
DEBATING: Week 1-8: 30 mg Dbol everyday
Questions
1)I am debating Dbol due to sides using with Test E.Every other oral seems kinda not worth the risk for my goal(im open to discuss this if you have any suggestions).On the other hand its propably the best oral for my goal.Should i start 30mg for 8weeks?If i start seeing side effects by week 4-6(which is when Test E starts hitting) can i just stop dbol cold turkey and continue with the others
2)30mg of Dbol seems like the optimal dose since 20-50 is the range to minimize sides.Can i change the dose through the weeks?Should i start with 20 and go at 30 if no sides occur?
3)How much big of a difference a cycle with just test would do vs a cycle with test+oral(dbol)
I am open to any suggestions,questions etc

I’m confused if your problem is food when I’m on cycle I’m ten times hungrier and I eat way more calories to keep up with it so be prepared to eat even more on cycle

I could say a few things that would bring a lot of heat my way, I’m not going to do that. Kudos for planning out a reasonable first cycle as far as the PEDs go, but after a couple weeks or so of that much anastrozole and you’re going to be in a bad way. The testosterone is reasonable, 500mg is the bro science baseline, but frankly 300-350mg if it’s accurately dosed will make a big difference. You may be deficient, you won’t know without a blood test. Now, here’s where I’ll take flak, I’m not opposed (it’s only an opinion) to throwing in an oral during your first cycle. But… it cut both the duration and dosage both in half. If you’re using real drugs, and chances are you’ll be getting real drugs, you’d be crazy to run high dosages until you figure out how you respond. They prescribe anavar to women and children, but it’s for reasons you’re not suffering from, taking real drugs come with real consequences. I’m not saying don’t do it, but I’d definitely close the throttle about halfway from where you have it. And for gods sake watch that AI, fuck.

I'm about your height and if I was your weight I would look like a starving Ethiopian. I get different body types but food is your problem. You aren't getting enough in. What might be a lot of food to you might not actually be a lot of food to me. What's your real caloric intake? Do you count macros? If you can't gain naturally you aren't going to gain off of gear.

If it's your 1st cycle I would say just do test and see what you get for results. Then 2nd cycle add something else and compare the results. Then you will know what each compound does for you specifically. I have trouble gaining weight, it feels almost impossible without the use of steroids. I have crohns, diagnosed at 18, which I feel prevents me from properly digesting food and absorbing nutrients. I will say the one thing that totally transforms my body quicky is D-bol, even 25mg/day works and i see no need for me personally to take more. D-bol makes me put on size all over, will have to go up another size in shirts for example, even my wrists swell and my watches fit very tight. But, just as fast as I gain the weight once I stop it goes away. Another thing i just recently experimented with is Anavar, it works great for me to gain muscle size without the all-over bloat that D-bol gives, my biceps and forearms will grow but my wrists seem to stay the same, if that makes sense.

I can understand the non-existent hard gainers appetite, when I stop training mine basically disappears. My normal appetite when training and on gear basically represents what a normal person would eat in a day. I've had a bad appetite all through out my life too. There are many guys on here that before touching a weight will have a bodyweight of 180lb's plus who have a constant healthy appetite even when not active, and cannot relate to how we feel 24hrs a day. Maybe address this another way and have some strength figures in mind that you need to hit before getting on gear, thats what I did. One of Dorian Yates best ever quotes he came out with that stuck in my head as a natty was that no one should be running steroids before they can bench 300, squat 400 and deadlift 500lbs. Hitting those numbers proves you have put in enough time and effort in the gym for 2 or 3 years before progressing to the next level.

71 kg at 183cm is skin over bone dude. Train and eat properly first. You are not eating enough or have thyroid issues.

I'm also wondering where you got your info from because 1 mg anastrozole eod for 500mg test is ridiculous...

Plus starting anastrozole from day 1 is going to wreck your e2.

So
1. Train properly and eat properly first.
2. Do better research
3. Come back when you hit at least 180lbs with 12% bodyfat.

Regardless of what drug you take, if you don't eat and do so sufficiently while you are on cycle ...growth will not happen. 6ft and 156lbs....25 years old ...just got serious with lifting past year and half ...AAS is not this magical weight gainer you are thinking it to be, but quality food IS...

If you can't commit to consistent adequate eating daily, highly doubtful you can commit to weekly injects and meal prep and adequate gym time day in and day out. You said if yourself....you just got real serious with lifting weights the past year half, pump the breaks some and get your food intake situated next. Good luck
