Looking for advice for a first cycle

ad

I have been lifting since I was 16, I am now 23 and have contemplated a cycle for a while but have wanted to feel like I have put in a large amount of work and learned the basics first. I am 195lbs and around 12% body fat but have been sub 5% at 175 lbs. Im getting ready to start a cut and have been considering starting a light cycle of TRT alone at first with doses of either 150 to 200mg every other week to see how I react and feel. I really don't feel as though I know near enough to start a cycle of any kind though. I am wanting to know if there should be other supplements anyone would recommend having on hand to help with side affects if they become an issue or if this is even something to be worried about. I think would start at 100mg for the first 4 weeks to try and get the most out of the least and then I would most likely jump up to 150mg for the next 4 and 200mg the last 4 weeks before leaning off but am open to any other suggestions because as I said, I don't know if I even have enough knowledge to really make an educated decision or a smart first cycle plan

  1. You're too young to cycle.
  2. You're too young to have an account here.

lololololol nah bruh. You haven't done enough research, clearly. Wait a couple more years and keep going natural. Go on a cut now. TRT as you call it isn't going to do anything magical. Don't be a dummy

I never recommend gear at a young age, but in the end the choice is yours so heres my advice.

Start with a basic testosterone cycle at around 350-500mg. This should push you well above natural range and allow you to understand how your body reacts to test and aromatization. Research more on AI and PCT. Also get everything you need or might need before you start, the worst is needing something then having to wait for it to ship or is out of stock.

For the testosterone, I recommend test prop. It is an unpopular opinion but I think if you are starting a cycle it is best to use a short ester so you can also get off of it quickly.

Which is akin to saying... "I don't condone drinking at 14 years of age, but here's how you use a beer bong and how to drink more without getting a hangover." Does that make you a "cool dad"? Man up, take a stance. You should have stopped at, "I never recommend gear at a young age..."

You’re to young! Once you start taking test more than likely you will be on for the rest of your life. Happens to most of us.

The fact your saying you want to TRT cycle shows you have ZERO understanding of “replacement therapy" is. You don’t cycle TRT kid. Sounds like you’ve done zero research. TRT is intended for males that no longer produce enough testosterone, and they are prescribed a low dosage to bring them back to optimum levels. At 23 years old, you should be at optimum levels already. You’re clearly not eating enough if you don’t have the muscle mass you want. You can take all the steroids in the world, but if you’re not eating you’re not going to grow.
