First cycle suggestions…
ad
Hey,
Im 21 years old and been training for almost 2 years now, im thinking to start my first cycle but confused where to start from?
Body info:
Weight : 83kgs
Height : 5”8
Body fat: around 25%
Total test lvl : 763
Free test : 17.91
Estradiol : 46
Im currently on cut and thinking to do test e only cycle 250mg per week for 10-12 weeks as it would help me in retaining some muscle. I also have gyno since puberty and thinking to get a surgery in few years. What do you guys think should i do it or reach a decent body fat% and then do a cycle on bulk instead and if i should start right now what things should i be concerned about?

Dragonforce70Not trying to be harsh but starting a run at 21 yo and 25 percent bf isn't best idea. Why not try to lift consistently and see your progress? If you had gyno, adding test with your bf will not help.
And good luck, everytime i see these avatars the account is banned next day. Something about those avatars
I love ‘em, there’s the baby one if your too young and then the twins if you have multiple accounts and I haven’t been able to figure out any others, but I’m always on the hunt for Greg’s handiwork lol
Oh i get it now. I thought it was the same person just keep trying to open new accounts and using same avatars just to be an asshole lol
21 you're already at your peak ng/dl probably. Thats why people say you are too young to start messing with your levels. You are going to shut down your natural production just to replace with only 250mg of test? Not even worth the pinning and recovery trouble. Eat and exercise
Shit, I only have test in my legs now.
That was a good one, I actually laughed out loud
Lol
83kg and 25% bf? Honestly, you need to learn how to train and eat before jumping on gear. Some here will also say you’re too young. Gear isn’t a magic pill. If you already know how to train hard and eat right then it makes noticeable differences. Otherwise, you’ll take gear, fuck your hormones up, and look like someone who never even goes to the gym.
Cardio and diet will fix you up real quick.
