FIRST CYCLE ANAVAR

ad

Hey everyone, I'm 27 and would really appreciate some experienced input before I make any decisions. I'm not looking to rush into this, and I'm especially interested in hearing what you think I should change or reconsider.
For reference, I'm 175 cm (5'9") and around 71 kg (156 lbs).

My list goes as:
Test E: 350 mg/week
Anavar: 25 mg/day
Anastrozole: only if needed, based on symptoms and bloodwork
hCG: I'd like to incorporate this cuz fertility is a major concern for me. (and i dont wanna lose my nuts)

And i was thinking of adding a SERM for my PCT since from my understanding it helps rebooting natural test production.

My biggest concern by far is fertility.
That's also why I'm considering hCG, but I'm not sure whether what I'm planning would actually provide meaningful fertility protection, or whether I'm overlooking something. I don't want to assume that maintaining testicular size automatically means my fertility is protected.

I'd really appreciate advice from people:

  1. Whether this is a sensible first-cycle setup or whether you'd change it.
  2. Whether 350 mg/week of Test E is an appropriate amount for a first cycle.
  3. Whether adding 25 mg Anavar makes sense or just adds unnecessary risk.
  4. How people approach hCG when fertility preservation is a priority.
  5. Whether hCG is enough for maintaining/recovering spermatogenesis.
  6. Whether a SERM for PCT makes sense after this type of cycle, and if either tamoxifen or clomiphene is optimal.
  7. What bloodwork you'd recommend before, during, and after the cycle.
  8. Whether I should seriously consider sperm banking before doing anything at all.

I'm particularly interested in hearing if there are obvious mistakes in my plan. I already understand that there are risks. I'm trying to make an informed decision and would hear what experienced people would change before I do something irreversible.

Thanks in advance for any advice. I genuinely appreciate criticism and would rather modify the plan now than regret it later.

That should be a fine first cycle. dont overthink it. take the hcg as a normal fertility protocol like you would with normal TRT

Leave the var out. Test only first cycle.

Get the "Bodybuilder Panel" from hellogoodlabs.com , you can use my code for a nice discount '3YPBUJ'. Get this done before and after your cycle to get a real idea of how your body reacts. Even just testosterone can skew some things.

HCG is a good idea if you want kids.

29 I just had my first kid after blasting and cruising for the last 18 months anywhere from 150mg to 375mg . 4 weeks of UGL HCG and Pharma Grade clomid afterwards was able to get my sperm count up substantially. I came off of all test for about 2 weeks before starting the HCG. I will say all of the women on my wifes side of the family were able to get pregnant easily so that is a factor as well.

Every time you take exogenous test or steroids you risk your fertility. Sometimes I think its overlooked and not taken seriously but taking gear will impact your fertility in a very negative way. Avoid 19 nors if you really want to have kids because those are some of the worst for fertility especially Tren.

I did not take any HCG while doing blast and cruise.

Yes. Adding HCG will preserve fertility and sper numbers. Obviously the size of your testicles can vary throughout the day, but if you start noticing them staying smaller or when you ejaculate , if it looks clearer or feels more liquidy, not as thick, then something is wrong and youe numbers are declining.

Thats how I knew , semen became less cloudy, got on clomid and hcg for 3 months and it went right back to normal. I do 500iu of HCG every 2 days and clomid once every 3 days on my 250mg a week test

You should add your planned cycle length. 350mg Test E weekly is enough and good for a first cycle, but skip the anavar this time. Just learn to manage the test first.

I can’t speak to the fertility questions, I just let mine go lol
