+ 1 Ai with deca

ad

Hey guys been researching decades for a future cycle and ive heard of using a few ancillaries. Letrozole, caber, or aromasin. Whats your thoughts on which works best. Everybody is different so ready to hear what you roll with.

Have all your ducks in a row when running stacks. Your proven ai which of course is proven by blood test. Your caber for prolactin which again is proven by blood test. And have your post cycle therapy with extra Nolva on hand.

Typically if you keep estrogen in control then your prolactin will be in range. Estrogen is typically like your thermostat where it raises and prolactin follows. BUT some individuals have a greater sensitivity and prolactin gets high. Testing will prove your ideals. So research that scenario so mentally you are prepared.

Caber lowers your prolactin so it seems like you simply run caber and dont worry. The side side effect of crashing your prolactin is erectile disfunction. And high prolactin you cannot orgasm.

Extra nolva on hand because if you error badly and your nipples are on fire and leaking milk then 10mg Nolva can be used to block receptors at the breast. It should only be used on cycle as emergency because nolva lowers igf1 and has sides that can be serious. So simply taking nolva just because basically ruined your cycles anabolism.

Timing is important too because it would seem like we stop our test and deca and have three weeks til pct that we stop our ai/da combo. Those hormones are still actively converting. So you get towards pct and nipples flare up. And ig your prolactin and/or estrogen is high then your pct will fail due to negative feedback loop. If you needed ai/da combo on cycle then keep them going and listen to your body. If estrogen gets low then adjust or drop your ai say week 2 after cessation of cycle. Crashing estrogen is sore joints as example. I run the da if needed to pct start. Unless Im running short esters and pct can be a little more complex.

Adex vs aro is mainly a choice proven by your testing procedures. If you use adex and estrogen is under control then run it til pct starts. Adex has a half life and can release excess estrogen which then as you know rebound happens. Estrogen has a half life as well. Adex doesnt kill estrogen or hold it permanently as it is not a suicidal inhibitor. Half lives of all chemicals are key. Aro is suicidal and raises igf1 but it can be overkill for persons that do not convert test to estrogen at a high rate. If aro is your choice you can cut the daily dose as low as 6.26 by splitting tabs and of course testing procedures.

These general notes are for long esters. Short esters have a faster rate of fallout and get modified greatly as you go into pct.

I have found that simply hanging off a pull up bar or something similar everyday for 60+ seconds has helped when my shoulders are bothering me. Within a few days things start to open up a bit more and it starts to feel better. Within a week it's pretty back to normal. From their i try to remember to do that 2-3 times a week and so long as i do my shoulders rarely ever bother me. It couldn't hurt for you to try.

No prob man. Sometimes the simple stuff is best.

Go get bloods done. Very possible you crashed estro. Some of us are very low converters. I made the same mistake with my ai in my early cycles using the recommended dose of Adex and crashed mine. I hurt all over now I can get away with about a half tab every 2-3 weeks. Bloods and make sure your estro is in range.

If you are running into issues, get bloodwork done and post results. We will help guide you..

It's NOT expensive and it WILL help correct things.

Heck, a LOT of sources now days will REIMBURSE the cost...

Health is paramount. Getting "huge" in a week is not.

More reps, less weight on shoulder work outs until the soreness subsides. You might just be going too heavy

Pumped has it right.

If you wanna dig a little deeper, Deca also increases the sensitivity to prolactin, progesterone and estrogen in the breast tissue. So your levels of those could be the same, but by adding nandrolone now your sensitivity is higher and you start to have problems. If running 19-Nors I would recommend having:
Caber for prolactin
Aromasin/arimidex for estrogen
Nolvdex to block at the breast tissue only

And then learning how your body reacts to all of the above so that if or when problems arise you can deal with them promptly.

I was taught caber was for prolactin and aromasin for estrogen. 19 nors like deca and tren produce prolactin? I could be wrong but never suffered from prolactin sides so never needed it.

Correct. But like @Jockstrap mentioned above, If estrogen is in check prolactin will be as well. Guys start a Deca cycle and immediately pop .5mg of caber twice a week because of broscience. Then their dick doesn’t work and they blame the Deca instead of their crashed prolactin. Caber is insanely strong and at .25 once a week I crashed my own prolactin years ago. Once I stopped the caber I got bloodwork done again and prolactin was back in normal range.
