soooo sleepy on Hgh

ad

Only been on for a little over a week. Started at 2ius, lowered to 1iu to see if it helped.

I'm getting so sleepy during the day. Almost painfully. I hate say it, but probably something to do with my glucose /insulin levels.

Anyone also experienced ? Did it subside?

Thinking about T4.

Would love to hear from anyone who had similar symptoms and either was successful long-term or not.

Thanks!

Im on 5iu/ed and sleepy as fuck all the time. then again, supposedly my gh is "bunk" so it must be from the gram of test and 200mcg of clen/ed.

Hey B! Yeah I had that same issue two days ago, I was soo sleepy when I increased HGH too fast. I dropped it to 1.5 like you stated and boom no more sleepy feeling. I guess I had to slow my roll too!

Update in case anyone else can use this info.

I dropped down to 1—1.5 Iu for week or so. Came back to 2 ius. No more sleepy feeling. I can only assume I needed to come up slowly.

Oh, I do have the carpal tunnel. Doesn't really bother me, just slight ache in the wrist and some numbness in my fingers.

Cheers.

I have heard this before but for me I have noticed absolutely no side effects of using 2-2.5 iu's of HGH. I could not tell you it makes me sleepy or anything for that matter...
Having said that my diet is pretty clean though. I wonder what you are eating really? write down a couple days here of what you ate.

Update:

Been very strict with my diet over the last day or so, eating clean and more importantly I think, eating every three hours. Better, but man, about 4 hrs after injection I just feel sleepy.

I know someone will scream about my suppressing my natty HGH but seriously considering injection right before I go to bed. Check that, will give it another week before changing.

thanks guys.

Susan 250 every 4 days in that i'm wrapping up a blast, 200 test e every 2 weeks for hrt, pellets in every 3 months
Eat four meals day, average, not great diet.

I've read other forums where folks had similar sides. I'm hoping for those that "yeah, was happening to me and then I X happened and it subsided.

For starters, going to A. Make sure I get a solid 8-9 hrs sleep, B. Give it another week for body to adjust

I agree with not eating prior to an injection, but not eating directly after is completely wrong.

I know some people may disagree with me here, but if we consider the fact that HGH is the most effective when thyroid/insulin/test levels are on-par, the simple reason for eating directly after an injection is that you want your insulin levels to spike in order to aid the HGH in IGF-1 production.

That is why you should have a large amount of easily digestable protein, high amount of carbs, and LOW fat so as not to slow absorption.

That is why injections are best done directly after waking up, and after training. As for the sleepiness, personally I don't have this issue.

what about diabetes? i heard hgh makes you insulin resistant and eating carbs close to injetion time can give you Hyperglycemia, repeat this too often and you run the rick of developing type II diabetes. thats what most sources i have read say anyway..

EBSNW1's picture

Think about that for a minute. If HGH has a half-life of 6 - 7 hours, then what difference does it make if I eat straight away or wait an hour?

You guessed it, no difference, other than the fact that you are instantly giving the GH nutrients that it can channel into your muscles.

Show me were you read that.

Now if you add insulin, yes that can potentially mess you up.

"Carbohydrate metabolism: Growth hormone is one of a battery of hormones that serves to maintain blood glucose within a normal range. Growth hormone is often said to have anti-insulin activity, because it supresses the abilities of insulin to stimulate uptake of glucose in peripheral tissues and enhance glucose synthesis in the liver. Somewhat paradoxically, administration of growth hormone stimulates insulin secretion, leading to hyperinsulinemia."

if you google 'hgh diabetes risk' some info comes up.
don't know exactly how prevalent this side effect is or how probable. maybe the average healthy person doesn't have much to worry about? insulin resistance could explain why some people feel tired on hgh. im considering taking a small dose of metformin with my carb meals just incase..
