Sooo. I thought HGH is supposed to help you loose weight.

ad

I have been running HGH a little over a month and I just keep gaining weight. I am running 2 IU before bed and 1IU in the morning. If I run anymore than that in the A.M. and I am tired all day. My job works on commission and I cannot afford to be sleepy all day. I am also eating cleaner than was and I am currently running a tren ace/ winstrol mix.I run about 25 mg of each a day. I started at about 230 and I am almost 250. As clean as I am eating this is almost unbelievable. It should be noted that before this I haven't used any steroids in about 12 years. Also my heart rate is very high. I had my blood pressure checked and it was good at 89/128, but my hbm was 107.

youre running no test and no ai, your hormones are all fucked up, which is probably why youre gaining weight on less than 3k calories it looks like. high blood pressure is side to high estrogen, gaining weight is a side to high estrogen. you need to get some bloods done. i know tren and winny dont aromatize but your body will still produce to find balance. not running any test and now you have low/no test and high estro, not good at all. and also GH can cause progesterone gyno, so if your estrogen is high that progesterone can feed off that.

kinda rambled but i think it all came together!

I work out at 6 A.M. with no food before. I usually work out for 45 minutes. A fairly fast workout as I do not rest more than 60 seconds between sets. Then follow it up with 20 minutes of cardio. My breakfast is always the same. 2 packs of plain instant oatmeal with organic ground cinnamon, 4 egg whites and a protein shake. For a snack I always eat a dannon triple zero yogurt with just a touch of granola. Then lunch I usually change it up. I eat the market salad from chick fill a at least 3 times a week. Either a chicken burrito from blue coast with spinach wrap or a turkey provolone on wheat from Jersey Mike's. Also I drink nothing but water unless it is 1% milk or a protein shake. Dinner is always something different. I work a lot of hours and I am going through a divorce (hence the juice resurgence) so I do not normally have time to prepare a meal. Last night I had BBQ chicken with mash potatoes and green beans. I know that is not the best, but I stay away from burgers and fries foods. A lot of evenings I eat a 4 egg omelet with turkey and 2% cheese. I planned on leaning out with the cutt cycle to star with and then cruising on 250 test a week. I did get some nolvadex to run for 4 weeks in between. I did not do any bloods. I have no insurance and to be honest less time. I am pretty sure it is good. Yellow top ang that makes me sleepy, hands and ankles get swealed and my hands go num regular. It feels like I am holding a lot of water from the swealling. My main worry with the GH is that it may be over dosed. I also checked every box on the ang website and they were verified. I know that is not full proof, but it is what it is. So anyhow. I need to run test also? to be honest with my heart rate I do not know if I can handle anymore.

No I definitely would not say to run test. Listen bro I'm telling you just discontinue everything you're taking and focus on the diet. You probably don't need to stop using the gh but the tren and winny have to go. Your eating isn't terrible but you're not going to get where you want without doing meal prepping and weighing and measuring your food out. You'l just end up gaining whatever fat you lost back when you come off if you don't focus on the food you're putting in your body first. I've spent thousands of dollars on drugs to enhance myself and my physique is mediocre at best. You can always go back to the juice later. I'm trying to save you a bunch of money here. I'm sure the juice may be making you feel a little better and maybe even enhancing your mood especially in tough times but take it from someone who's blow a lot of money. If you started meal prepping you could knock out everything you needed to in about an hour or so and it'll save you money on food since currently most of your meals you're buying made it seems like. You'll get the results you're looking for without the additional stress plus when you cut the bf% down it'll be much better for your heart. The test and tren and all that other stuff will always be there bro.

Joey nailed it. STEROIDS/GH are not for loosing weight!

Smh. Ok there's a few things that I am questioning here. First off, what are your daily macros? Based on the information provided it seems like you want to be losing body fat and are going in the opposite direction. Eating cleaner doesn't tell us whether you're eating clean or not. For all anyone knows that could mean you stopped going to McDonald's but are still slugging down soda's like it's going out of style. So you need to elaborate on what exactly you're eating and you macros that you're eating for.

Secondly, HGH can take up to 6 months for you to see any results if you even got any good growth to begin with. Did you get bloods ran to even see the what your baseline results are and if the growth has even had any impact on your igf-1 levels. Even if you got it from a highly reputable source unless you got pharma grade (and I read your posts and you surely did not) it's hit or miss. Even the most reputable of companies do have bad batches every once and a while and if that was the case here they'd probably replace it if you had bloods ran and it showed no increase in igf-1 after a certain length of time.

Lastly, who on god's green earth told you to take tren with no test base and having no ai and progesterone antagonists. What's your cycle history because I wasn't able to find it. But regardless of that I know that not one person on here would cosign that idea. From what I gather you're in no position to be doing any kind of cycle let alone running tren. It sounds like you're trying to compensate for a mediocre food regimen with drugs and I hope you can see how it's not having nor will it have the impact you want.

I'd suggest dumping everything and focusing on just the food. Coming from someone who spent a shit ton of money to get no where please don't do that to yourself.
