Most places that sell CENSORED, etc. also sell "e-pins" or e-gift cards. You can immediately redeem the value of an e-pin in apps like LibertyX and the funds will go directly into the wallet you send it to. However, there are small fees so the transferred amount my show up a few bucks short in your wallet. Also, might have a limit on how much you can redeem in a 24hr period. Hope that helps bro.

Have you tried deleting your coinbase account then make a new one? I was having problems and realized it took the the app, and their website, to fix some payment method issues. In addition, I noticed that some of the bank's exchange rates have risen through bitquick, which is costing more with WF and BOA. Also, i did notice that there was a bank that had a lower exchange rate than what the current BTC price was last week, but it wasnt in my area. Hopefully you'll get things worked out..
Happened to me too. Using VorWox now with CENSORED option along with two separate wallets (Blockchain and Electrum)
