Old guy trying to keep it together
ad
I'm 51 years old and have tried ph in the past with ok results. No supps lately but considering hgh 4iu's a day. My current test level is 540 which from what I see isn't bad for 51. Is hgh a lifetime thing? Should I cycle. I understand it takes months to get good results. Opinions?

I'm sorry but I disagree with everyone here. First, the hell with test? Everyone I know who is on test is always trying to get someone else on test. Your test is good why fuck with it. I'm 44 and had and still have terrible joints. Both my shoulders have injuries from lifting and soccer. My knees have injuries from surfing and skim boarding. A year ago I was feelin every bit of my age and then some. It would take 20 to 30 minutes and several sets for my shoulders to warm up and actually lift some weights. It would take 20 minutes into my run for me to start feeling good about it. I still ran and worked out 5 to 6 days a week and stayed in shape. But I was always hurting somewhere.
After a ton of research, reading countless articles and posts in this forum. I felt hgh was the best thing for me. I have been on hgh (pharm grade and reputable Chinese) for over a year. I average 3 to 4iu a day which keeps my igf-1 at around 350. I do not use anything else except normal supplements. Multi, biotin, vitamin e q10, niagen, dhea, collagen and eat right.
My shoulders and knees are light years better then they were before. I can go in and start lifting and feel nothing. I can run 13 miles at the drop of a fucking hat. I don't care what time it is what I ate and what I did yesterday. I could go into more specifics but it's too much to write
Yes, when you start hgh it's going to hurt. Your joints will be so tender. I was doing glucosamine and chondroitin with hgh and my shoulders hurt so bad I my workouts were suffering. I was afraid to lift heavy. So I stopped using glucosamine and chondroitin. It alleviated the symptoms a bit. I started taking collagen and making bone soups along with hgh and it's been awesome.
Also my skin and hair are so much better than before. I haven't aged a bit and my balls are big and swoll and my sex drive popping. That's all I got.
540 test at 51 good for you man what are you trying to accomplish with the hgh.
Youth! Haha
All the good stuff I hear about it and a little less joint pain.
HGH won't give you any relief from joint pain.
From what I understood it has great healing properties. I know usually in higher doses but several months at a lower dose should help some. Correct me if I'm wrong.
Why not go with Test E cycle to see how you deal with it first?
It's a whole lot cheaper I know. But worried about future test levels. With proper pct I know I should be good but...
I have some shoulder pain and was hoping for a little relief from the hgh.
What is the source of the joint pain? I doubt scar tissue will be healed by HGH. Initially, it will make the joints hurt more from water retention and possible cartilage regrowth. Overall, it does speed up recovery from exercise and improves sense of well-being. In my book those reasons alone make it worthwhile. It does not have to be a lifetime thing, as I can stop anytime and feel normal without it. However, it is mentally addictive.
Hey DD I went ahead and opted for a test e cycle. ( just shipped) but my wife wanted to try the hgh. ( just arrived) it came from a site my buddy has been using for 10 years. I would say they are reputable. My question is does the hgh come in powder form? Or a paste? I thought powder so then add water. This is a white paste in bottom of vial. They are the blue tops which I'm sure doesn't mean much. Want to keep her safe.
It's not really paste, it just doesn't dissolve quick, and that's what you should see. If it dissolves quick it could be HCG, which isn't going to do bunk. Sometimes you need to gently turned the bottle to help it dissolve. Never shake it, as the HGH molecule is highly unstable and can be destroyed by shaking.
The first real reply. Thanks bud. Haven't had shoulders checked out but poor form in my younger years I'm sure has a lot to do with it. I've been doing rotator cuff exercises and light shoulder presses. Feels better but always a catch in certain positions. Going to a doctor would probably solve my problem but just can't seem to get there. That mental addiction might get me but my pocket book will hinder that I'm sure. Thanks for the feedback. I'll up date when I make a final decision.
I did want to add, I'm the same age, 51. I do TRT since my test levels were very low. I also cycle as well, deca in the winter, some tren in the summer, and I do HGH for about 6 month runs. I find a combination of deca and HGH does wonders for my tendons. I would get pain in my forearms, and shoulders, but a cycle of 8IUs of HGH and I would see that go away quick, the deca helps it out as well. Plus at 51, I'm putting some of the younger sprites to shame at the gym, :).
