Hgh refrigeration?

Quick question guys ! So I ordered 6 kits of gh and i got them in the mail about 10days ago. I’ve left them in the box they came in bc I plan on starting a gh cycle in a month from now. I was just listening to a podcast about gh and hear them say, if your gh gets held up in the mail it could be ruined bc it’s not being refrigerated. I was under the impression that it needed to be refrigerated after mixed with the bac water. Im not at home so I told my wife to put the box in the fridge. I guess then I have a 2 part question: 1 - does it need to be refrigerated the whole time or only when you mix with bac water ? 2- after 10 days do you think it’s bad or has lost potency? Thanks guys

After reconstitution it absolutely should be kept cool. Prior to that its best to keep the lyophilized powder in the fridge but not completely necessary.
1) If you can put it in fridge. If no, room temperature ok too. After mixing only fridge.
2) Nothing will be with HGH at 10 days.
Freezing is more dangerous for HGH than hight temperature.

I use pharma grade hgh and it says right on the box to store at room temp. After they are mixed, then you definitely want to store in the fridge.
Got all kits in there now, what’s the thoughts on loss of potency? Basically for 10 days since I received it, it’s been in my closet where my room stays about 67-72 degrees depending on if my wife got the space heater on
