hgh dosage, i think i started too high

ad

im new to gh and i thought that i was being carefull by starting out at 2iu of hyge and over about a month worked my way to 4iu, but i was getting tired alot, wrist pain, numbness, and too many other common sidesof a dosage being too high, i lowered to 3iu and ive been at that for about 6 weeks, my body still not adjusted to this day, still cant feel my hands when i wake up in the am, more tired in the am than before gh. ive read that starting at too high a dose can have that effect. any advice on what to do and what the effect of the advice will have on myself. thank you

i plan to be on for 6 months at the least , i think i'll bring it down to 2 if it doesnt seem to get any better in the next week, i want the restfull sleep, energy and all the positive effects, i dont mind the neg sides along with it, i guess time will tell. i'll be running out of the hyge in the next week and switching to kigs so that might make some difference somehow, i need some labwork done up but its not like i can walk into my doctor and be like, "hey, ive been playing with gh, i want i igf levels tested". i have to look into a private lab that wont cost me an arm and a leg, i think ive seen kits you can order online for testing, send back to them and get results. im curious of what my levels are

i know they are common sides, but the fatique part is getting to be intolerable, i know the gh i have is known to be overdosed so that may play a part in the role of 3iu really being more like 4 or 5, if i go to bench i have to stand between sets to get blood flowing into my arms, ya. i have noticed a drop in body fat and definitely leaning out but that restfull sleep seems more like i never slept sometimes, and others its like i feel great, i do 1.5iu morning and 1.5 in the afternoon,5 days on, 2 off. im 29, just under 200lbs, eat good 90% of the time, plenty of protein between meals and sometimes as meals as im a workaholic sometimes. i thought starting out at 2iu split dose would cause sides, just not as bad as they are, i worked right through them and worked my way up to 4iu slowly now im back to 3 at 6 weeks and my body wont adjust, do i stick it out or drop the dose? i could care less of the numbness and wristpain, its the tiredness thats getting to me, if i stick it out at 3iu would you say i would eventually adjust or do i NEED to drop for it to stop. just looking for input, i am doing my own research as well . your input is appreciated

yes I am running tests along with it 500/wk , I'm not concerned with pain or numbness, I'm concerned that it may actually be counter effective with too high of dose, I have read about it actually causing fatique which seems to be happening, harder to get out of bed , harder time working out, and yes I split dose when I wake up and mid afternoon, I'm on my mobile right now I"ll be back in a few, I'm thinking I might just have to start over from a low dose and work back up slowly

Common sides it seems. Shouldnt be that big of a deal. And gh isnt something that will give you a boost when you inject it. It should help you get a good night sleep. And if your numbness is really bad then pay attention to the way you are sleeping. You might be sleeping so good that you cut off blood circulation for hours at a time while asleep. If anything go with 1.5 IU daily...Also you didnt state if you were taking the 4 IUs seperatly or in one dose?
