hgh cure joint pain?

ad

Greetings.

I've lurked here for years reading and assessing the wide range of knowledge most of ya'lll share and its much appreciated.

I'm getting older and have done a few stacking cycles in the past - years ago. The standard 500-600mg/week test e/, armomasin, blah blah. I won't bore you all with that.

I've started running again - I love to run! Age catches us all I guess and stumbled upon some of the downright magical nike alpha next% shoes and tried running again. For the first time in years, no knee pain, no foot pain, no ankle pain, but my damn hip joints are screaming! The shoes are legit, but the hip pain is too!

I'm on TRT and decided id give a mild sustanon cycle a go - perhaps 500mg/week - every 3.5 days with armomasin ofc and then taper off back to the TRT test c 200mg/week script.

I don't sleep for shit either - the fitbit sense scores my sleep from the mid 50s to the occasional mid 70s.

Resting HR is 65-70.

Will HGH help my screaming hips? What about some NPP? I figure the hgh will help me sleep, but something has to happen to I guess better my hips.

We're only talking 5-6 miles a day. Perhaps more if my hips stop screaming.

thanks in advance.

goals: endurance, moderate strength increase, and weight loss.

rid the excess 25 pounds I've gained through the covid craziness and freely run without my hips screaming. I do the standard burpees / power calisthenics every half mile and do my best to keep my HR above 150 but below 165.

I figure 7-8min miles would suffice ... I'm at 10:30 atm.

I really need to be 250ish (my weight as a 2nd string ncaa division 1 TE many years ago). the years of high school and then college sports took its toll on my core ya know.

I'd guess I'm 20% BF maybe a bit higher. I'm not sporting a 6 pack anymore.

a bit of sarcasm - i lack the drive, but don't need the 20" arms .. and would like to be as close to 21 again as humanly possible... even if its mostly a state of mind.

1ml once weekly of script testc 200 gets me to 850. I eat a rather healthy and clean diet.

I don't have the exact numbers, but the trt doctor pulled them recently and noted that I have very low cholesterol and donate blood for high iron levels at least once a month.

forgot to mention - a few years back the tendon in my elbow was finally repaired from an old pitching injury commonly known today as tommy john surgery.. so heavy lifting is out of the question.

maybe 6 years ago i had completed a 12w test e/ test p/ and armomasin cycle from swole and finished the pct, but then life happens and I haven't had the time since to dedicate so much time to myself until now. I felt great then... looked great and could run until i was simply out of room to run.

I felt like sustanon would be a good choice due to witnessing linebackers and lineman in the gym nearly every day pinning it as if it were free. Big freakish monsters could run, and run, take a giant hit, run more.

I figure from what I've read about HGH - i think it could help with my elbow and hips and allow me to sleep a full 8 hours without waking up... huge deal.

The testosterone at 1500-2000 free level on paper should give my body the boost it needs physically and mentally to push myself to where I want and need to be.

Like i said - i figured sustanon was the best option based upon my own eyes in college - and the fact that I had picked some up in Azerbaijan from Iran a few years ago to replace the TRT which was in short supply (long story, but ended up in Baku for almost 16 weeks instead of 4).

Yall are the experts and I'm here to take note and learn.

i appreciate that - thanks for the advice. I'm not dead set on the sus.. I'd be fine with the testC or E as well.

I've always "assumed" the testP in sus would serve as an aid in recovery, but what do I know?
