+ 1 HGH And I Feel Zombie Tired
ad
I've been running about 8iu's a day for 30 days, but it seems like even though I'm seeing gains from the workouts that I do do, I don't have the energy to workout as often as I'd like. I'd researched maybe lowering my dose and some suggest T4 or T3.
Anyone on here have experience with my fatigue?

Strange thing is I feel tired and lethargic, but I am still lifting the same weight in the gym. Not sure if its just a mental thing, I feel a little cloudy but strengthwise, I am the same if not a little stronger.
Dropped from 8 to 4 spit in two doses. Pay more attention to me blood sugar and everything is way better. I want to go up but I'll be more patient this time
Don't know about flu symptoms but I was dog tired for awhile when I started gh lathargic and wanted to sleep all the time it did subside however after a few weeks some people say that they stay tired the whole time guess it is person dependent
Am on hgh for my first week and I feel lathergic and tired....also down with flu like symptoms and my hands and feet are a little tingly. I hope the symptoms go away soon or I will have to stop taking it or reduce my intake to below 3ius.
body can't use more than 4iu at a time so best to split that into 4 am And 4pm anyone who has more info on that please feel free to correct me as I'm no expert
Yea, I've heard that anytime you do more than 4IU's, it's best to split it between two doses - so 5IU then becomes a two 2.5IU doses. I was splitting my 8IU's into two. Yet there's some who do way more than that. I just wonder if it's a period of adjustment.
Might be too high blood sugar
better check it in the morning on the empty stomach
Thanks. Do I do that by getting a kit from Walmart?
Idk what you started at, but if you started at that it's a side effect that affects some folks more than others. when I started with HGH I only used 2 IUs and the first couple days I was mega-tired as well. That subsided tho and now I am just fine. I've increased my dosage to 2.5. I'm primarily using it for anti-aging tho and won't go above 4 IUs. Idk about the T3 or T4, maybe others will chime in.
Yea, I think that might be most of it too. I'm going to back way down to 2IU's for a while. I'm scared of the T3 and T4 myself simply because I don't want to jack up my metabolism in the future.
