+ 1 HGH and headache

I have started HGH for the first time. I have only been doing 1iu a day but I believe it is giving me headaches. Has anyone experienced this? If so what did you do to solve the problem. I don't want to give up the cycle because its expensive.

1iu is not really useful as its lower than most peoples natural level of igf1. I saw below your bp slightly high. Dehydration will cause a headache and bp as does cessation of caffeine, stress, allergies. Im currently having allergies and not enjoying that at all.
This is my first time. I am only doing the 1iu for a week to make sure my body can handle it then I will increase. I am looking to see if there is another cause and have been drinking more water. I don't know if I can go without some coffee though but I will try to cut that back.
Are y’all running generics or pharm? Just curious

Very ironic that you ask this as I recently started HGH at 3iu's and have been getting these little shooting pains down the left hand side of my head, I wondered if it was due to that also.
I would find it hard to believe that only 1iu would be the cause of your headaches. That is likely even less than what your body produces naturally. GH is generally well tolerated especially at normal baseline dosages. Are you experiencing any other sides like cts, water gain, stiff joints etc?
I have not noticed any water retention or stiff joints. I have just been getting a headache for a couple days so I was thinking maybe its HGH because I just started a cycle on the 1st. It could be stress or something else, I have always had headaches here and there just weird I have gotten one two days in a row.
I know this is an old post but did you figure this shit out? I’m having the same issue. I tried 2 different brands. Chinese, ugl “pharma”, and legit cvs pharma. Started at 1iu and I get absolutely terrible headaches a few hours after and if I keep taking 1iu every day after that the headaches just get worse and worse until it’s a migraine. Then I stop and it takes a few days to go away. Started again this week and same shit is happening. I heard it could be a serious issue like interracial pressure building up. If that’s the cause it’s extremely dangerous to stay in it so now I might drop it and stick to cjc/ipa . Even with otc meds I can’t break the headaches and that’s a common side of increased pressure . Curious if you found a way around this or if u just dropped it as well. Sucks cause now I have a nice stock pile but can’t fucking do it it. I tried upping it to 2iu just to see what would happen and it just made it worse lol. It was my last ditch effort thinking maybe the low dose of GH was actually causing me to have low igf and causing headaches but that was just a dumb assumption lmao

Fuck me. Same boat. I can deal with the hand numbness. I also got crazy neck pain but again I can deal with that. The fucking headaches man. Couldn’t do it. It was non stop. I asked my urologist about it and he was actually pretty cool about it. He said he would do testing if I wanted but said 1/200 people get increased intercranial pressure. If you get headaches hours after a shot and they are bad he would recommend stopping as it can be a dangerous situation. Not sure if I’m one of those people but the sides that could happen were not worth it for me. Sucks I got 3 kits now lmao
Keep in mind Correlation does not imply causation . I think the something else part causing headaches is more likely than the GH.

I started on February 1st taking 1iu to try and build up to 2 to 3 iu a day. I work nights so I take it when I wake up which is around noon but that is my morning time because of my job.
sele137Okay. You just started taking it. Provided that your blood pressure, estrogen, etc. are fine, headaches are associated with taking growth hormon. It even says so in the manual.
If those headaches are not really excessive, the only thing you can do is to continue taking 1IU until the headaches go away, which should go away after two to three weeks. When that happens, you can increase the dose to 1.5 IU
Ok, thank you for the response. I am not on anything else right now so I think my estrogen is good. I was planning on doing blood work again in a few weeks. My BP I took today and it was a little high but not excessive. I will just continue with 1iu for now and IB Profein and see how it goes. I was not sure if headache was a common thing or not with HGH.
sele137Headaches are a "normal" and medically described side effect of growth hormone. Of course, if those headaches are unbearable, stop taking whatever you're taking. If the headaches are mild, then continue for a few weeks and/or until you get used to it.
