HGH and de-generative joints... can it help?
ad
Hey athletes,
Anyone out there play a physical sport or high impact sport like basketball or football? Wondering if anyone has successfully used HGH long term to help manage minor knee and hip joint pain from years of general wear and tear?
Would like to know some personal experiences (and opinions of course).

that is origionaly why i got into hgh in the first place, to help my joints from years of playing sports. being in my 30's......not as young as i once was. lol
HGH repared and lubricated them amazingly!
I did IAGH on myself for a while an I felt like it helped to some degree, but perhaps it was just natural healing. I hit up my knee about 2 or three times a week. I have also felt like injecting into the medial head of my quad has helped my patella track a little better too. You can try it, just be very sanitary because you do NOT want to get an infection in your joints as they are not well vascularized and don't heal well. I discussed this issue with an orthopedic surgeon/ researcher and he said there is no evidence this would work. One physician in florida who is doing these injections is basing his treatment on research project with IAGH done on rabbits, however rabbits regrow cartilage naturally which humans do not really do so it isn't a good model. Try it yourself, you may have some benefits over time, but remember being gentle and allowing your body to heal before pushing yourself is the most important aspect of healing fully from injuries.
