HGH and carb timing
I have read a ton on different approaches how and when to take HGH and there is a bunch of contrary information circulating. I hope some of the more experienced members can help shed light on this.
MY PRIMARY GOAL ARE MAX IGF-1 LEVELS.
1)I am starting my HGH cycle (initially 2iu/day) tomorrow. From what I have read, insulin is recquired to help the liver produce a decent amount of IGF-1. So, if I inject in the morning, should I eat RIGHT after my injection or is it better to inject lets say at like 5am and then go back to bed for another 3 hours, so that exo HGH would affect my endo production the least (keep in mind that IGF-1 is the most important thing to me)?
2) Regarding eating, should my first meal be right after injection, or is it better to wait a few hours? Should that meal be high in carbs with a high glycemic index (=bad carbs) in oder to get a max insulin response, which then should aid in maxing IGF-1?

From my experience and what I have read it's best to avoid food until at least 1-2 hours after injection. If you must eat, stick to good fats. definitely avoid carbs for a few hours.
Depending on your training schedule I would just carb up after workout. Personally I did carb back loading and it worked pretty well.
beyondimportsHgh causes insulin resistance. You def want to avoid shit carbs when gh is present.
