Freezing vs refrigerating unconstituted HGH

ad

Hey, I have 240 IUs of HGH, just shipped to me. They say that the unconstituted powder should be kep at 2-8 degrees Celsius. I left it in the freezer for 2 days, unmixed. Will this affect it negatively? Thanks.

As a newb, this is probably not going to sound popular, but let me give my 2 cents.

The process of manufacturing rHGH into vials is called lyophilisation or "dry-freezing".

What they do is take a solution with the HGH protein disolved and any preservatives, put it into vials, and then run it through a lyophiliser.

What this machine does is a very strong vaccuum and lower the temperature to -20 C to - 40 C. The HGH solution freezes, and what the vacuum does is make the water sublimate (go from solid to gas in one step).

what you end up with is only the powder and the preservatives in a neat vial. The reason why most GH is in a vial forming some sort of a pellet, is a bit like if you left salty water in a glass. Water will evaporate and will leave the salt solidified. Same thing happens with GH.

So to answer your question, it shouldn't really matter if it's unreconstituted, just follow your manufacturers instructions from then on.

Freezing is not a best idea at all. You need to keep your stuff at home temperature my friend

I've read actual product leaflets and forum posts that explicitly mention do not freeze. The product can be kept at room temperature but best in the fridge. Also once reconstituted it's very fragile so no shaking or knocking it about. Also at room temperature it is good for about 20 days and the degeneration starts setting in quite quickly.

I bought a 500ml food/liquid thermos with screw lid and some bubble wrap. I wrap my cartridge in bubble wrap and pop it in the thermos and it stays in the egg tray in the door.

Agree with it

It says in this thread that peptides including HGH can be frozen in powder form. Hgh lyophilized is basically freeze drying. So what am I to believe? In any case I moved it to my fridge.

if it froze its no longer good you can just throw it away. Just had a good friend accidently make the same mistake, he had some in the veggie draw which didnt freeze, he did blood work and had great igf-1 numbers for his dose. When he realized the other kits froze he switched to those, ran them for a period of time and ran bloodwork again on the same dose and had zero igf-1 elevation, they were totally ruined. Hard lesson to learn bro, gh aint cheap, but its trash npw.
